The food is up to the standard you would expect but the service isn't so great. Having to wait while people who order long after you get their food and you are left standing while they say "we will help you now" is annoying. Thankfully a manager stepped in and got me my food

Loved it. They need to invest in a generator though. When electricity goes, business stops. Considering they serve mostly flame grilled chicken, they should be able to keep the grills hot even without electricity. The staff is really friendly. Loved it here

Sayi’s service was exceptional. He paid attention to detail, right from the moment when he took my order, up until he packed it and made sure the food was correct and prepared well. The food was absolutely delicious and spicy. This is by far one of the best Nandos experience that I’ve had. Right from the beginning to the end. Thanks Sayi and team. Keep up the excellent work.

Nandos broadacres has very friendly staff who are efficient and helpful. Today I ordered my favorite hot pot with rice topped up with livers, hot and spicy... When it arrived, it was hot (spicy & temp) fresh and absolutely delicious. Chicken was tender and livers were not overdone and rubbery but absolutely perfect. Have not had everything on their menu obviously, but from what I have had, I would recommend a stop in at this branch anytime, call and collect, take away, eat in.. Even ubereats... Thanks for the awesome meal..

This outlet was quick and the national standards of Nandos were met. Over the years Nandos have changed the flavor of their famous flame grilled chicken and the pricing compared to similar takeaway franchises as much to be desired. Overall this venue delivered. Nandos is healthy, quick and convenient

WOW WOW WOW. 2018/04/05 PLACED AN ORDER FOR PICK UP AND WAS TOLD TO COLLECT IN 15 MINUTES, GET THERE MY ORDER IS STILL BEING PREPARED, ON TOP OF THAT MY CHICKEN IN THE RICE WAS SO BURNT, THE CABBAGE WAS EVEN WORSE. NO SAUCES WERE GIVEN. THIS IS FUCKEN RIDICULOUS, TOO LATE TO RETURN THE ORDER NOW. YOU CAN EVEN TASTE THE BURN

I like this branch more when it had all the interesting Nando's health food. Pity that did not take off. We are left with the regular menu fare. Boring and predictable but at least tasty and consistent.

Terrible experience! I'm never going three again. Placed an order and confirmed on phone if they have the correct order. Took the food and went back home only to find that the wedges we ordered wasn't there and we paid for them. Happened on 14 Dec at 2130

We were a little disappointed with this Nando's because they got our order wrong, even when we double checked it on the phone. Otherwise the rest of the food was good.

It takes you more than 10 times to get through to them. Cashiers have no idea whats on the menu. Their service is terrible and it takes more than an hour to get your food. Not impressed.

This is a take away place and not recommended if your a tourist visiting South Africa. We live across the road and My chicken was raw and not cooked properly on one occasion that I was there. However generally they are consistent.
