I came here to for lunch during my visit to the theme park. Their food and drinks are affordable. I was also celebrating my birthday and had my trifle cake desert customized with my name on it. I was concerned about the service I'd receive because of the bad reviews on their service, but fortunately, the service I received was not bad at all.

Oh Barney's! What a fantastic experience!!! I was indoors, it looked prestine and it had a cool breeze (not sure if it's aircon or just natural ventilation). The service was off the charts, big up to mam Lorraine, we felt like vips. She was always close by, sweet and helpful... But never hovered around awkwardly... Anyway we tried the "tower of terror burger" as "homage" to the thrill ride we love so much... But the burger didn't dissapoint, it was literally a tower!!! The patties we so well cooked, so soft and juicy! The bacon, lots and lots of bacon! 6 slices of cheese... I could have literally cried eating this burger... It was that good... And the sauce!!! It was just enough, a tad hot and not drippy... The drinks were on point too... The strawberry daiquiri was not too sweet and my captain Morgan Jamaican rum can do no wrong... What an awesome outing... The only sad note was that I was pre-warned that I wouldn't finish my tower... Ended up taking a doggy bag... Lol and you won't believe, even the polystyrene containers were quality too! Okay... I said a lot😅 but trust me when I say, the hype around barney's is definitely well earned! Definitely going back!
It was nice just the menu was not easy to read no pictures, I ordered tower burger that I could not finish but it was nice experience service has improved since our last time there , waiters were much more attending to us than the previous months .

I booked a table for 15 for my daughter's birthday lunch after they spent time in the park. If I had solely relied on previous reviews, I may not have booked here, but I must say that it was a great overall experience. From booking to final payment. I called them for a booking and was assisted by Vindalani (Linda) - great guy - he took my booking and explained everything. He told me he would send me a WhatsApp so I have his contact details - he certainly followed up on that and sent me the message. I communicated with him and arranged to deliver the birthday cake since you can't take it in at the themepark entrance. He was not going to be on shift when I was there, but gave my number to his colleague John, who called me on the morning of the booking to confirm and arrange for the cake. When I go there, the table was set and everything was ready. Ordering was smooth, and the teenagers all enjoyed their meals. There was unfortunately no water at the themepark on the day, but they did everything they could to accommodate us. The food was good and the service from our waiter was great as well. It's not often that you get such good interaction and communication from a restaurant. They made my daughter's birthday memorable. Thank you.
Had a great experience with friends after going on the rides. We sat at an outside table seated by our server. We ordered a variety of meals; mine being a vegetarian burger I was more than pleased with (rare). Good drinks, good atmosphere.
The food is amazing as well as the service. Really enjoyed myself.
Wonderful service. I had the hake and chips and it was to die for . Reasonably priced . Great outdoor aesthetic's.
Food was good, especially for Gold Reef City and the service was great.
