I had my birthday brunch at this lovely place.Brunch under the willows, the best! I felt like I was out of the busy city.
It's the place to be if you want a quiet and relaxing space to enjoy your meal and company.
Sorry, no kids under 15 allowed, proper udults space.
The toasted sandwich with chips was nice - loved the chips, but overall the whole garden feels 'empty' - bland, not a lot of atmosphere.
From the second you drive in you are made to feel welcome. What a friendly place. Then when you walk into the gardens you're greeted with bird song and a flowing river. We ate breakfast under the trees and it was fabulous. The breakfast was delicious, we had flapjacks. The iced coffee was perfect.
Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Great food.
For a second I forgot that I was in Joburg. 😉
A hidden treasure that I would definitely 110% recommend! I’ve been there multiple times and never had a bad experience. Great service, great food, really affordable prices, and it’s just a really beautiful venue with gardens, a stream and a duck pond, weeping willows over the tables, etc. It’s amaz

We loved the tranquil atmosphere. Breakfast portions were generous and not badly priced. Staff were friendly and willing .We will definitely go back to try lunch. It's like a mini holiday away from the city in the middle of the city.
It was a beautiful setting, the only thing that I didn't like was the stagnant water odour from the pond.
Otherwise I will definitely go there again

I also liked that kids under 15 are not allowed which was a bonus!

We hosted my mother-in-law's life celebration here and from the start we knew we were at a special place. Gorgeous scenery with a very relaxed atmosphere (no children under 12 and no pets allowed). Lovely garden setting. Tables spaced far apart in the open air so very safe. Good selection of dishes on the menu and prices are fair for a Northern suburbs venue. Their Pot Pies are large and very tasty. Service a little slow.
Lovely piece of the Johannesburg countryside not far from civilisation. Took my Mother there for lunch and we sat in the sunshine. Great, friendly and efficient service and the food exceeded expectations. Beef and Guinness pie was excellent and enough for two. Extremely good value!
This place is always so peaceful and tranquil with a gorgeous setting. Have only ever attended functions sitting outside. Staff are friendly and helpful, the platters we had were delicious. Loved the mini chicken and beef wraps and the ribs.

What a lovely discovery in the middle of North Riding. Tranquil garden, attentive service a really good food. I had a an open smoked salmon sandwich with lashings of smoked salmon. Others had Apple strudel freshly baked. Definitely going again.
Always a beautiful place to enjoy the outdoors and the delicious food. Waiters and Waitresses very pleasant a definite place to revisit.
Absolutely my favorite spot in the heart of Northridding. I do everything here, I eat, take my meetings, take my walk, meditate and pray. The owners are too kind and staff is very friendly and hands on.
