The coffee is amazing and it is very affordable. The toasts were made quite speedy and tasted really good. There's a very open feel and artistic look to the place which adds to a good ambiance.

No doubt this is one of the best coffee spits in Jhb, but guys, the ice tea from Doubleshot os flippen sublime. I have never tasted anything this amazing before. A must try. Apart from that, the food, coffee, service and the vibe here is awesome!
Great place, not so many like it around but they uphold a very cool standard. Ordered some takeaways but service was still cool, definitely coming back again.

There aren't that many artisan coffee roasters in Joburg, but the people at Doubleshot definitely have something special going on.
I ordered a cortado (double shot of course) which was incredible.
It was so rich and flavorful and the mouthfeel was fantastic. It was also served at the right temperature with a decent amount of microfoam.
I'll definitely be back.
Vintage coffee shop with good service, friendly and patient with us indecisive individuals. The place is slightly small for how popular it is but there's a great personal feel to it.
Best coffee spot in Jo'burg in my opinion.
Also offers a great range of teas with the Malawian green tea range the pick of the lot.
A serious plus is there is always a musician playing outside on the corner to encourage you to sit down and enjoy your coffee and the music
