When you walk in and the barista knows your name, you can have your own cup and she knows precisely how you like your coffee. Mmmh just the place where I can spend more time.
I was in Jbay for WSL. And i was found this local gem and I was visiting everyday for coffee and breakfast. The people are amazing and welcoming. The best omlette in the town. Very affordable and good coffee and food.

Great coffee & lounge in Jbay! Would recommend staying and getting some work done as the atmosphere and environment is great. The beach is just down the road which is great. This also become a great stop for a coffee on the road.

For a coffee nerd like me they weigh each portafilter to ensure consistency and a great tasting coffee perfect balance between acidity, sweetness and temperature
These guys burn their own coffee beans, they make absolut great coffee, they know how to make a super cappucino, or espresso. They give barista courses, if only they would train and supply to all restaurants and bars in the wide vicinity. No cappucino or espresso for breakfast at your guest house due load shedding? Go to First Light as they have a generator!

Really cute spot and I had the best omelette ever and also one of the best oat milk cappuccinos I’ve had in South Africa!
Great place to meet and catch-up with locals - whether you want to work, socialise or have great coffee - great atmosphere! Most informative coffee tasting/pairings in Jbay! They often have markets, showcasing local music artists, artwork, crafts, pre-loved clothing, etc.
