The most varied menu I've seen in a long time, catering for meat lovers, vegetarians, seafood / sushi, or low carb. Reasonable priced menu.
This is a very popular spot so you might find yourself waiting a bit for a table, and then waiting a bit for your meal to arrive.
Outside seating area is pet friendly.
It's been a long time since I've had such a remarkable dining experience. It's rare to find a place where the ambiance, the attentive service, and the warm and welcoming atmosphere is just as impressive as their food.
The variety of options available for vegan to meat dishes on their menu is truly impressive!

Had an absolute blast dining at Nina's Real Foods. The food is downright delicious and the service, top-notch. We were quite a large party and it was a busy night, so understandably, our food took some time to arrive. However, our thoughtful waiter made up for it by offering us a bottle of wine on the house.
Every single person in our party enjoyed their dish to the utmost. The gluten-free pizza was delicious - it was slightly smaller than the regular pizza but was still of substantial size without any additional cost.
The star of the dinner had to be the ostrich though! It was incredibly tender yet lean, filled with flavor and served on an espetada along with grilled vegetables - an espetada is a traditional Portuguese vertically hanging skewer used for grilling large chunks of meat. I don't know if they have another name for it in South Africa but it's a clever way of adding flare to a game-y dish like ostrich.
The escargot also garnered high praise from those who tried it. As for drinks, they were all well-prepared and flavorful. I personally loved the pomegranate cocktail while others couldn't stop raving about the strawberry mojito - which I found to be on the sweeter side for a mojito after having a taste.
And let's not forget about dessert! They had an extensive list that included everything from chocolate mousse to various types of cakes including a delightful gluten-free carrot cake among others.
In terms of prices, they were slightly higher than typical South African standards but considering the quality of food and excellent service we received, it felt reasonable.
To wrap things up, Nina's Real Foods offers a culinary experience that is well worth your time and money. So if you're looking for great food coupled with wonderful service in comfortable surroundings, this place definitely deserves your consideration!
A Jbay favorite, for locals and visitors. Incredible variety on the menu (and everything is good), vegan, vegetarian, sugar-free etc, best milkshakes in town, great atmosphere (especially if you like surfing and extreme sports 📺) [sometimes the music gets a bit loud though 😅].
Monday evenings they have curry night and various specials and happy hour.
There is also an option for take-aways, as well as frozen meals and so much more!
An important note, as they say as well: "They serve fresh food, not fast food", so don't plan on being in a hurry, be sure to take good company with you. 😉
Also, in the holiday times it's recommended to book a table as there can be quite a long waiting list.
Recommended: On Monday evenings they have a delicious curry night, where you can pick from a variety of curries and you pay by weight.
Although we waited so long for someone to seat us and bring menus(1 hour) and order drinks, the food and drinks were worth the wait. It was quite busy during the breakfast time, the waitress also didn't check in on us to order more drinks or give an indication of long food would take. We ended up ordering lunch as time had passed to order breakfast - 11:30

Loved this place! Lots of parking, very kind staff, and many options on the menu. We stayed in Jeffrey’s bay for two nights and came here two nights in a row thanks to the amazing service. We ordered sushi, and the kitchen made an extra portion by mistake and served it to us for free! They were also willing to make alterations to the food and add extras that we requested. The next day we came back again and received a free starter as a welcome back gift. I recommend this Resturant to anyone visiting Jeffrey’s bay! 10/10
Best restaurant in town. They have a variety of meals from fish to meat and even a separate veg and vegan menu. Everything I had was great, especially as it was the first time in 1.5 weeks that we found tofu on the menu. Also great is that they have everything for take away as well!
The food taste grait and the calamari taste unique and so good i found my new favourite restaurant for calamari next time im gonna try prawns and the pizza wow 1st place.
Ownly one problem if you order is over R500 they ad the 15% tip automatically to youre bill im not sure if its legal or not such a grait place then they do that.

The whole team at Ninas is amazing. Their food, definitely value for money. Whenever you are in Jbay, drop in and have yourself a Mocha and a New Orleans pizza! Even an evening in, give them a call and have the most amazing food delivered to you!
