Review Stretta - Hillcrest

Treated my Dad for his 70th Birthday on Monday. Hearty welcome by the manager and John our waiter was amazing! Delicious food, Dad loved the seafood pasta, and said the red velvet cheese cake was the best dessert he had ever tasted!! Thank you for the birthday wishes and for making it a wonderful evening.

4 stars because I cannot Rate their food at this point but the service and atmosphere is superb. Their cocktail specials on a Friday afternoon is also a huge win! Even in the cold weather when you can sit close to the fire place! Update on the above review. Went to stretta again on Friday 30/06/23 and total different experience. The cocktails were terrible, we had to return one due to a glass having old milkshake in it. Not a great experience but the service was still good and the atmosphere was good.

I love going there when I feel like spoiling myself for some work lunch, service is always quick and easy. Waiters and waitresses are always so kind and love having a quick convo with them (always smiling which I just feel so warming and welcoming). And the prices are completely reasonable for the amount of quantity and quality of food the chef has prepared for you! I recommend it 100%. Perfect date night out for two.

If I could rate the food 6 stars 🌟 I would. THE best ribs I have had in years. My wife had fillet medallions that were cooked to perfection. Well done to this little gem of a restaurant.

Stretta!!! Yum!! Rustics pizza for the win! This place has the freshest ingredients, the pizza bases are super thin crispy.Tasty. Fast.

We went to try the Fitch and Leedes cocktail menu at Stretta. The venue is modern and stylish with an indoor and outdoor seating area. Service was friendly, but perhaps a bit slow. The drinks were nice, with some interesting options. They are better known for their food so check out their brunch menu or dinner options.

Delicious, authentic Italian food with an exfellent selection of wines. Our waiter was incredibly friendly and efficient. Will definitely be back!

My partner and I spent this evening and Stretta and it was simply amazing. We had the calamari starter, I had the Pollo Pesto pasta and he had the Bella pasta. Everything was cooked to perfection. John, our waitron, really went the extra mile to make our already special evening one to remember, so thank you so much for an awesome experience! 💕

Amazing food! We ordered the Steak and Cheese Wrap and the Pollo Pesto. Bear in mind that the wrap is kind of smaller in size, but that is to be expected because it is listed under light meals, and I still found it quite filling. It is extremely flavourful. The Pollo Pesto is a massive serving and also delicious!

Was given the restaurant as a recommendation. Went with low expectations but were blown away. We were a table of six and all our meals were fabulous. The service was excellent. John, our waiter was what you want in a waiter. Knowledgeable, informative and efficient with the added bonus of an excellent sense of humour. We will definitely come again!

Popular restaurant with cosy fireplace when cold and big deck when warm

Stop for a quick lunch at a place we have always seen or walked passed but never actually been to. So we tried it, warm welcome and then seated. Clean store and very friendly staff. Drinks was fast as we ordered coffee (cappuccinos), served nice and hot a very good tasting coffee. Burgers where awesome, tasty and very crisp but juicy patty. Overall experience was great excellent service from "Brave" and will come try the wood oven pizza next time. Looked delicious...

Very nice cafe. Very reasonably priced food. Service was top notch, kind and friendly. Food is simple and flavorful and comes out quickly. No complaints. Definitely recommend this place.
