Cool mcDonalds near the attractions and with clean, free restrooms. Nice places to sit outdoors if you can deal with the bees. WiFi and charging stations indoors. Nice cafe inside as well.

What I like about the McDonald's in Germany is that they have some many more options than in The Netherlands. Years ago when I was a little kid they had the McRib at my McDonald's but that was for a while and never came back. So it was a really nice surprise after a long warm day of walking around that they still serve this one here. McFlurry's in Germany are way better too.

First time in my life attended my bro in law 50th birthday party at McDonald's!!! Fast service and we could order anything on the menu including gourmet coffees

German McDonald's are a step above USA better quality (my kids tolerate chicken nuggets in the USA here they love them - they are freshly cooked or something is way better), fries are better, quarter pounder equivalent meat is like a real hamburger. Service is superior, only downside is hard to get much ice in drinks - but I can live with that given how much better everything else is. USA franchises should be forced to go to Germany and learn hot to serve quality meals (yes that much better!). Did I use the word better a lot?! You get I did!

Honestly, I’m not a big fan of fast food, but this branch of McDonald’s (especially from my experience with their drive-through service) is very impressive, and how hard they try to stay up to their standards. Very fast and professional service. Their opening hours are much better than any other fast food restaurant in Heidelberg. They make it hard to hate fast food even though we are all know how unhealthy is to eat such kind of food, but one can’t resist how tasty is their food and how good is their service. I wish that every restaurant can be as good as this branch in particular.

One of the few drive-thru windows in the Heidelberg/Mannheim area. It makes it very convenient to just stop in for a quick bite.

Very friendly staff most of the time. Even the tables get cleaned regularly (most of the time by a very nice elder man) Clean, calmly and no beggars compared to other MCDs in the Rhein Neckar Region.

There hamburger is deferent , so delicious

As always serves food fast as possible, berger can be bit warmer. 😃
