I think all Nü's are great if you are craving something healthy for breakfast or a smoothie. Their juices are also amazing and fresh. This Nü is great to go to on any sunny morning with Green Points busy streets.
Food is lovely, fresh and full of flavour. A brilliant place for a quick smoothie and go. If you want healthy meal you won't be disappointed but however the prices are rather expensive.
Had my very first smoothie at Nu after a hike up lions head this Sunday! I had the sugar free peanut butter one with blueberries, almond milk banana and dates! It's not on the current menu, but I highly recommend it, it was so tasty and filling! I love the modern and simple vibe of the cafe and the service was really quick!
Healthy food right at your fingertips! Loved sitting outside this Nu with a hot cuppacino and avo on toast. The Greenpoint Nu is the perfect stop after a morning jog on the promenade.
I thoroughly enjoyed the Tiga Bowl I had at Nu and it was surprising filling. I will definitely be back to try out more of their items on their menu. The only downfall of Nü is their service, it is very hot and cold. What I mean by that is at times the staff seem very uninterested in you as a patron and at other moments they are friendly and helpful.
Stopped by during the Cape Town Carnival, the place was packed but they still managed to provide quick and friendly service.

What a great spot for healthy meals! I love their green juices (especially the Kale Ale). I had the smashed avo and poached eggs on toast which had a chilli type sauce on the side which was great and not too hot. Their wraps are also great. The decor also lends itself to feeling more than a "fast-food" restaurant even though you are required to order at the counter. The coffee was also very enjoyable.
If you are a health nut, well then look no further than NÜ!
Favourite breakfast spot after a parkrun, esp in summer when we get to indulge in their refreshing smoothie bowls and when winter hits it's a warm LSA or quinoa porridge bowl!
Even the "cheat" meals are great like their protein pancakes!
I'll always keep coming back for more as they never disappoint and occasionally surprise u with new additions to the menu that never fail to disappoint!

Just had thee most amazing breakfast I've had in a long time at Nü in Green Point!!
It was as tasty as hell. The ingredients all worked so well together and it was extremely delicious. I had the feta, avo, scrambled egg and toast breakfast and a very nice cup of coffee.
Would've liked the Nutter, but it was slightly outta budget, the coffee was nice tough.

I absolutely loved the peanut butter flapjacks that are gluten free and vegan at a very affordable price. They weren’t overly sweet which I really appreciate. I also enjoy their smoothies and healthy bowls. The bowls are quite simple in taste but great for when you’re wanting a healthy/ affordable meal. It would be great to have more smiling and enthusiastic staff but we still like this place for healthy and affordable food!
**Vegan review** Nü is one of my favourite breakfast spots! There are vegan options galore and the smoothies as well as the Matcha lattés are super yum! I recommend the raspberry overnight oats or the LSA bowl for brekkie (both minus the honey). Not in the mood for something sweet? Avo on rye is 100 too 🙌 4/5.
This place is actually so good! I wanted to try the whole menu, but settled for the vegan banana nut waffle and my partner had the avo on sourdough toast. Beautifully made food for exceptionally low prices. If your looking for a healthy tasty breakfast look no further than Nu health food cafe. The coffe is decent too. With a comfortable seating area inside and outside

It's a cute small cafe with a great healthy but tasty menu that includes a vegan and vegetarian dietary. The outside area is especially lovely as the sun and sea air is a treat. If you're not keen for the outside seats, there's an inside area too. The tiger breakfast yoghurt cup is fantastic and one of my favourites. There's also snacks to grab on the go and the prices (in general) are not bad either.
We have been able to use our discovery vouchers with no problem. The food was prepared speedy, the service was friedly. Meal was fresh and yummy and I liked that they asked if we would like a straw with the smoothy or not. Thumbs up
Great health focused menu , using many superfoods and different grains. The standard of the food is pretty good and mostly very tasty. The staff are friendly and reasonable efficient.The only negative comment I would have is the regarding the worn out furniture and internal decor.
