Great service, even better coffee, I have no complaints at all. It's a great place for students to sit down and have a good cup of coffee over readings and study material. Two thumbs up from me.
This place is an absolute gem. Great for when you need a break with a great cup of coffee. Their chai lattes are delicious. The staff are really friendly and got our order to us quite quickly. A must if you are in Grahamstown!

Too much of res and dinging halls can psychologically get to a person. Starting lecs late means some time in the morning to get some work done. Headed off to Homeground for a change of scenery 😉 the service was okay. The cappuccino and chunky monkey (choc and banana muffin) was divine ! Most of all , the wifi is free&fast 👏🏽the music playing also pretty oriental, love it 🌟

I had to look for this place, once I found it, I have become a loyal patron. The ambience inside is divine and like me, who do not have time to chill, the take-out section is supercool. The coffee is unbelievable. The coffee lingers in your mouth long after you have taken your last sip. I find myself sometimes just driving pass the coffee shop just to get that whiff of coffee beans.
The barristers are all women and man...can they make a mean cup of coffee!!!

Lovely classy but chilled atmosphere. Their drinks are a little pricey but absolutely delicious. Ditto for their blondies. Possibly the best place in Grahamstown to grab a coffee and relax.
Gavie is a mater of his trade. Beautiful and rustic coffie shop based in a old grahastown jail that was 1920's. Wonderful place to bring friends and always a smile on the staffs face
Loved this place, wonderful coffee and some very delicious treats baked on site, particularly enjoying the ciabatta sandwich and a variety of savoury and sweet muffins. Lovely people, great value, too!

Best coffee I've had so far. Also the ham and cheese toasted sandwich was delicious. The service is excellent.
Best coffee in town imho. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. They could change the music every now and again and the prices are getting a bit heavy.
