We spent a few hours in the Bidvest Premier Lounge in George when we were flying to Johannesburg. It’s a comfortable lounge, albeit a little dated. There was a great selection of drinks available, as well as a range of snacks and food. I didn’t sample much of the food but it was Spaghetti Bolognaise they day we visited. The service was friendly and attentive, and the team were always busy replenishing food and drink and clearing away empty crockery. It’s a nice place to spent a few hours relaxing before a flight.

The lounge is comfortable and well stocked with a good selection of drinks and snacks. Staff was friendly and helpful. Always a pleasure to visit

I'm a frequent guest. I'm always impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, great selection of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, coffees and teas. Food is absolutely world class! The lounge is always spotless and clean. A classic experience of typical South African hospitality and excellent service.

Good place albeit a bit spartan to wait for your flight. Staff service is exceptional. The only fault I could find is that the toilets require serious attention.

Nice place to relax before flying off to Johannesburg. Food was good, nice wines. We were welcomed by a very friendly receptionist. All the staff were friendly and helpfull.

Franchinay is a Shining Star and makes one feel welcome as you arrive. The food variety is unfortunately not on standard compared to other lounges.

In quite a small airport, the bidvest lounge is a great place to catch your breath before your flight. We were warmly welcomed by Mbali at the front desk and the rest of the staff were all very pleasant.

We had a 9 am flight that was delayed until 2pm and as we are not from George, we had to kill 5 hours at George Airport (almost impossible). Paid to use the lounge as we saw no other alternative. Food was awesome and the wait staff amazing. Furniture needs a bit of a good "spring clean" but everything else was neat and tidy. Staff were sympathetic and allowed us to stay over our time limit and we in turn did not abuse the this right. Thank you for making a terrible day that bit better!
