The food was excellent! We had lamb curry and a pizza and it was delicious! The service was great and we felt really welcome. Would highly recommend for a meal while visiting Gariep dam.

If you're in town or passing by you MUST stop at the Rustiq, they prepare some of the most delicious good. The owners are incredibly friendly with plenty of stories to share. You can see they have a passion for food and people as it shows in their food. We went twice during our stay and they best starter us the Sheep Tails. They are so juicy and tasty that you won't regret it. The burgers and pizza are delicious and you won't be disappointed. I tried the sheep head and it was quite the experience I recommend everyone to try at least once. The cheek was soft and juicy. The brain was light and buttery. Their basting sauce is absolutely incredible. Highly recommend.

Absolutely delicious, burgers, pizzas and ribs, fingerlicking good. The pampoenkoekies are out of this world .......very good value for good quality food, prepared and served with hearty goodness and vibes, will definitely be back for those dreamy pampoenkoekies, they could very well put Gariep dam on the map!
Great little restaurant in Gariep with amazing service! The only reason I couldn't give them was stars is owing to the chips being a little on the dry side, otherwise a flawless experience, good food and great value for money.

Pleasantly suprised. After a long drive, we stopped at the Quest garage. Rustiq Pub is next to the garage and we decided to have a quick bite. Perfect. Service was very friendly. Food prices as well as drinks very reasonable. A definate recommendation.
