We were welcomed by a friendly face, and the staff is very professional and friendly. The atmosphere was great with the fireplace right beside us and the rainy day we had. The best espresso martini we've had to date. Great pasta, so incredibly flavorful. We were happy with everything.
A lovely restaurant. Probably our favourite restaurant in the winelands. Every time we return we get great service and perfect food. Cozy indoor atmosphere in the winter and the outdoor seating in the quad is perfect for summertime.
Truly too much to choose from at this classy Italian restaurant in the heart of Franschoek. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious, and the only sad thing was that we had to stop eating as we were so full. My companion could not stop raving over her polo picante. I myself thoroughly enjoyed the ribeye. It was done to perfection! So tender, and cooked the way I requested. I skipped the anchovy on top and went with plain butter and coarse salt and pepper. Yum, yum! I dare say that anything you get on this extensive Italian menu will please your palate. A bonus is a super friendly staff that takes care of your every need!
This is a well known restaurant. There is indoor and outdoor seating. It got quite windy outside. They have live music which was nice. The food was really good. I just don’t understand how the Italian salad was so expensive even more than the pasta. The bread which they give you is really good. The service was good but it seems like they need some guidance/management. Very good good at a reasonable price. And the food does come quickly which is always good.

We came without a reservation for a Sunday night dinner. The staff was very nice and although the service is relatively slow, it’s ok.
The food was good, nothing really amazing, but decent portions and fairly priced.
The wine selection is decent too.
They brought several condiments to the table, along with freshly baked bread which was great!
We asked to share a pizza and they had already split it in half to make it more comfortable for us.
What a lovely dinner we had! Everything was so tasty... Despite Loadshedding that was happening, the waitress made a plan to get us some hot water and lemon for my daughter that had a sore throat. She was attentive to our needs and the food service was super quick! I ordered a risotto which was really good 👍
All our meals were vegetarian and they did not disappoint.

Only had an Irish Coffee, so cannot rate the food. But enjoyed the live music and the coffee was good. Worth a visit
Such delicious and fresh food. The fettuccine tasted homemade. The garlic sauce matched so well with the tender beef strips. Absolute five star food with great service by our waiter. 🤌🏾
The Cuppaccino was a bit small first my liking and I liked the creme brulee. 👏🏾
I definitely want to come here again and try more food. My palette just salivates.
