Panarottis greenstone is the best that I’ve been to by far. The staff is very friendly and efficient, especially Dean (manager) and Tumi (waiter). These 2 gentlemen are ever so professional and always go the extra mile to please the customer. Keep shining �

Panarottis Greenstone is a great place to chill out and have amazing pizza or pasta. The staff are friendly and eager to attend to you. I was here on Tuesday for pasta and I'm here again for really tasty amazing pizza. Panarottis Greenstone is no1 in service and food�

Services was good and the pizza. We did however order three pizzas and only got two from our order but we couldn't wait for the third because of how hungry we were so we didn't complain.

I love their food. The seafood pasta was excellent. Kiddies mac and cheese is so cheesy. I was not happy with their service. The lady who assisted us didn't tell us about the promotion. We asked after she brought our bill and were told we should have asked—great food but not so great atmosphere. Service staff needs training in customer service.

I can't express my gratitude and praise enough. We had my daughter's birthday there 20 November but arrived an hour late due to unforseen circumstances. Nevertheless the management and waiters made sure everyone was calm and that the kids were having a time of their life. Everything from booking to paying ran smoothly. We went a week before the time to pre -book the menu and even then my daughter was treated like a little VIP. Thank you so much for making the unforgettable not only for the birthday girl but for the friends and parents as well. You are an amazing team of people.

Food was delicious and fresh! Service was great, place was not too crowded. Great for a quick bite and rest between shopping. Food is always great and service is fast every time we've been here. Some of the couches are a bit worn down, but overall nice experience

I ordered Alfredo which came very soggy and I brought to the attention of the female manager and Prince, the kitchen manager. They have handled my complain very constructively and offered alternative on how to rectify the issue which is not common in this part of the world. Keep up the good work and customer-focused attitude guys and I hope your staff will learn the same attitude.

Love the variety on the menu. Friendly staff, great service. The outside seating is a breath of fresh air. Kids area has cameras, you can watch your children from your table. It's always busy when I'm there, but I've n had a bad meal at this Panarottis.

After last times incident where one of the waiters forgot about my partner and i.. the manager tracked us down and apologized on behalf of his staff. He explained that he is new and was sent to deal with the nonsense that was happening. We were happy with the service we received from the manager and the food was quite delicious. I will be coming back with my group of friends. 🙂🙂

My son's and mine favorite place to eat at in Greenstone. My son loves the Chicken and Mayo Pizza and my favorite is the chicken sub with sweet chilli. It tastes even more delicious with Avo on. The staff are always smiling and friendly. The last time we were there we were served by Gladys and her service was incredible. I will definitely always be back. They never disappoint. Keep it up guys. Good Job.
