The service was amazing, I can honestly say the best spur I have been to and I travel a lot.
My grandson fell in the play area and a manager came immediately with ice packs and was so caring. The breakfast was good and staff so friendly. The manager was hands on with helping the staff when busy. Well done guys .
our family went there for breakfast and our waiter was very friendly so was the lady looking after the children I really enjoyed their food ....you will see us soon again # happy customer
Good service. Hearty food just that in general Spur hasn’t up their game in the last 20+ years at least we know what we getting but interesting new flavors will be a great way to not lose customers looking for something different
Kara Glen Shopping Centre has two good breakfast waterholes.
The Ottawa Creek Spur is one of them.
In today’s rather hard times I don’t think you can get better value for money than the Unreal Breakfast.
Not only that, but it is really delicious, perfectly cooked and there is plenty of toast..
You can add extras too if you want. I recommend the beans.
All of this comes with the well known Spur friendly service.
It may not be for everyone - hubby doesn't prefer the food - but I find that the food is always a consistent quality, and I really like their cheese burgers and onion strings. Simple food, always the same so you know what you are going to get, along with decent service.
Always a hit for birthdays because you get a song and a small ice cream, free.
Also kid-friendly.
Always have good Spur food and always made very welcome , maybe because we visit every second Sunday with mother in law 😀. lol must admit I'm a fan of there burgers

I feel like I only hear or read bad reviews when it comes to Spur. Sadly, I think there is a bad stigma attached to Spur because of what type of restaurant it is. People who consider themselves to be food experts automatically feel that you can not have a good experience at Spur. Well, of course this is not true!
Firstly, this is a great restaurant if you have small children. Kids love this Spur and there is always somebody keeping an eye over the playground activities, allowing the parents some much needed downtime! On the other hand, if you do not like loud restaurants then the Spur is not for you. Also, everybody always say that the Spur is not so cheap anymore. This is definitely true but they do have amazingly cheap breakfast options. I am not a fan of the burgers like back when I was a kid but I can absolutely recommend the ribs, steaks and chicken wings. It is good, people, and if you say otherwise I will just think you are a hater!
Anyway, my experience today was not too bad. My wife and I ordered the ribs and wings combo and it was very good, as it always is at Spur! Our waiter, Brite, was very good with a big smile on his face. Our drinks was served quickly and the food also did not take too long. The only thing that irritated me slightly was that the card payment facility was off line and I had to go and draw cash from the ATM. However, surely this is not Spurs fault and overall the dining experience was good and I could not find anything to complain about.
In short, do not hesitate to visit Spur for their ribs, wings or steaks. It is good! It is even better if you have small kids!
Recently we lost all hope in Spur every time we ate at spur we felt the food had zero taste and a waste of our time.
We decided to try Edenglen Spur for the first time and was served by Elisa, i requested a change to my meal i wanted to order and i was surprised that Eliza and Manager on duty Lindi came to me and made it happen,
it was a small request but they didn't make a fuss they made sure i got what i wanted something i think other spur branches need to take note off.
The food came to me and my wife perfect, after so long the food tasted so good and we really enjoyed it,
