Good fast food pizza place.
◾The service was helpful and friendly.
◾Good atmosphere and decoration.
◾The large pizzas are like a medium size pizza.
I Definitely recomend to add the cheese pops around your pizza, it taste delicious.
I have been reading the reviews on Zomato and was a bit sceptical placing my order last night.
I was pleasantly surprised! This was really good. Everyone makes it a habit of complaining all the time, but no-one ever takes the time to compliment. Really enjoyed it and will definately be ordering from Pizza Hut Durbanville again.
The only critism would be the lady on the phone and I did not understand eachother to well, but she got my order right, but this is minor.
Keep it up!
Had Pizza Hut for a Sunday lunch, was a bit skeptical as I thought it was "just another pizza place" however I will be trying out the rest of the menu :)
I haven't had Pizza Hut pizza in years. I hadn't realized they opened up in Durbanville. I had picked up my daughter at school so I thought I would treat her to a medium pepperoni pizza.
We had to wait to place the order because of a computer glitch. I understand, it happens. They went ahead and started making her pizza. So, as we waited, I walked around the shop. There was a pile of paperwork or forms where customers would sit. In another area, a manager or someone like that was working. When she saw me looking at the forms, she eventually had someone collect them and bring them to her. Hmmmmm. Why were those documents there in the 1st place? I don't care what was on it and I couldn't recall what it said but if they were so important... Keep them with you.
The flavor of the pizza was good but I didn't enjoy the oiliness on the bottom of the pizza. I'm not sure if we'll go back. Maybe... Maybe not. The vibe could have been a bit better. When another American pizza chain opened a year or so ago, the vibe was awesome. Pizza Hut will have to up their game to get customers...
With 30 branches in South Africa, there is just one in Cape Town and its in Wellington road in Durbanville.
The restaurant is small with a big focus on takeaways or deliveries. The menu is good and most pizzas - even the large ones are under R100. There are 3 categories of pizzas; Fully Loaded which are the classic or standard pizzas; Legends are gourmet pizzas and the Build Your Own option. New offerings include pizza wraps, wings, chicken strips and chips.
The pizzas are definitely value for money and pocket friendly.
