Always nice if looking for a local place to hang out. This is more of a chill around, pub place than a formal restaurant. Their chicken strips are always a favourite to snack on. I tried their pizza and it was good. Thin crust, it wasn't super crunchy but also not soggy. Oily cheese on top. I prefer my pizzas without cheddar/gouda cheese. But if you prefer your pizzas that way, you'll love it. It goes very well with a drink! Burger was good, different but good. Very rich earthy flavour from ghe cammembert cheese and mushrooms. The vibes are ALWAYS nice there. Everyone is always friendly to everyone and people won't look at you weird if yoy walk up to them and start a conversation. This is the best place to meet people! To all my shy young folks out there looking to make friends, THIS IS THE PLACE!

I arrived with slightly rainy weather on a Friday morning. Not busy (yet I was told). The fire was going obviously getting ready for the usual crown. Very down to earth, pub feel but was an amazing burger. Of the best that I’ve had! I can’t recall the name as I’d asked the waitress to surprise me but wow.

A bit too pricey, but then again it's Durbanville. I just feel in the week things should be much cheaper and have more specials than Weekends. Otherwise I loved the vibe..Nice, Classy, Intermate soft spot.. With fireplace and all. Very clean neat and tidy. For me it was just a bit expensive for in the week,specifically for drinks specifically. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Staff should just not pretend to forget to give a customer's change.. Not everyone has R200 to just give away.. When trying to have a nice evening on a budget with friends, and or awesume that when people are dressed classy they are not going to worry about their change.. Should not be expecting a tip at all.... As generosity and consistency is key to what ever God has in store for anyone. Observations is extremely highly important, especially when you see your first time clients just popping in and passing. Personally I love the interior decoration, the vibe is quite chilled,relaxed and matured. Not for people in their 20's-30's.I who love wild parties.I loved it and will gladly recommend the place to anyone.
Was a bit upset when we found out that the location changed, liked the old venue more. But the barmen were great! We had lots of fun with their great service and effort.
Service isn't great. But otherwise you dont expect the food for a bar to be that great. Pizzas are the best pizza you will eat. Burgers are also great.
Great place to get together with friends or colleagues after work for drinks or even a meal. Great vibe. Very trendy. Friendly staff. Downside it can get very busy and then there is a long wait for a table. Rather call ahead and make a booking. Ordered the chicken strips and also a bacon avo and feta pizza. Both were exceptionally good.
Good food, good vibes, and a staple for any Durbanville local and it’s surrounding areas.
The food is reasonably priced and the drink menu is nothing to scoff at.
Expect a warm fire out on the stoep and a lekker cover band every week.
