Great service and food here. I had the meat platter and everything on there was absolutely delicious.
The butternut soup was fantastic, with a subtle punch of spice at the end. Will definitely be back.
Our waitress Thembi was great.

Really awesome place to go when you want a little pick me up. I've always been a fan of the gateway branch but I think the Suncoast one might just be my new favorite 🤭 There's really great service and a really awesome view of the beach. Overall the vibe is very pieceful and the food is pretty good too!
Was happy to find new vegan options on the mugg and bean menu. Was fantastic. Waiter went away and we waited long before we decided to ask someone else for our bill. The setting was good but the restaurant was extremely noisy. I was excited to try my new meal and the vegan salad. Definitely worth the try I enjoyed it.
This is a really late post but nevertheless here it is,this dates back to time of the first devastating floods we had in April,a time when we had water shedding and major electricity issues,we had no electricity for 4 days so our Sunday afternoon/evening was spent at my favourite Mugg & Bean @ Suncoast,would you believe me if I said we sat there for 6 hours lol,gave us time to charge our phones.
From Management to Staff to our Food and Drinks,I have to say its always a pleasure to eat and bond here,the portions,the presentation,the vibe,all on point,I have never had any issues and I will most definetely be visiting here soon👌😊

Sadly, the M & B franchise does not provide non dairy spreads, only butter, which I cannot have due to allergies

Service is excellent. Their meal portions are fair. I feel at home when at this Mugg n Bean. They don't change their staff members so they work very well like a unit. Making it easier to take care of customers. I've been dining at this mugg n bean for more than 7 years I wouldn't be going back if service wasn't good. It's a great place.
Served by the sweet and lovely Bonga. She was accommodating and patient, very hard working. Although she served many customers she didn't keep us waiting. Food was delicious.
