You need to visit this place!! It is simply awesome! They do craft gin, white rum, tonic and they are one of the very few distilleris to do absinthe in SA.
And the food!! Oh my word!!

Delicious food and delicious cocktails. Definitely somewhere to go to grey yourself. Love the cinnamon and ginger beer gin cocktail- Gogos ruin. Not too convinced on the gin and tonic, it tastes rather strange. Awesome vibe
By far the most tasty and interesting cocktails and food in Durban! Every time I have visited, I have been impressed by the excellent service and new and inventive items on the menu. The Hard Shakes are my favourite... followed closely by the "Gin & T" served in a teapot! The setting inside the distillery gives it a great industrial/urban vibe.Amazing!
Staff is super friendly and helpful. Didn't have food, just enjoyed the drinks. A little pricey though. Drinks are very strong. Awesome venue and ideal for large groups, but also works for couples. Remember to organise an Uber!
Distillery 031 is one of the best venues in Durban. Their award winning gins, and liquors are second to none. Their team are fantastic and it's definitely a must, when in kzn. The venue can be rented for private parties, functions and events. You can also visit their website to buy their local drinks and or subscribe to their monthly box. It's amazing. Durban has a gem, and this is it.
The service here is awesome they have the friendliest staff and make the best food. The staff make you seem like family.
Authentically local. Amazing food and beer. Feels like you belong. Staff are friendly and service is fast. Clean, tidy dining area and bar. Parking is a little difficult to find when it's busy so rather carpool or uber especially if you're going to drink. Toilets are clean and well maintained. Definitely a place to keep going back to.
Excellent service, everyone who works here is knowledgeable, attentive and excited about the product. The drinks are delicious and unique. Recommend the gin fizz. The food is the bomb. The slaw, the burgers, masterful and innovative use of flavor. Definitely give this place a try.
Quite a unique experience for Durban. Hipster-style bar in the likes of Cape Town bars we've seen for a while, but new to Durban. The gin - produced on-site, is delicious. Situated in the up and coming Station Drive, check it out on First Thursdays or on the weekend.
Good atmosphere, drinks are ok. One time we went and the music was just way too loud so it didn’t seem like a chill place to sit and chat without screaming. During the day was Perfect.

One of the best gin companies in South Africa. The tasting room was industrial and modern. Friendly staff and smooth flavors are what to expect at this establishment.
