Cullinan is about 1 hour from Randburg. It has so many interesting little restaurants and shops to browse!!!!
We decided to lunch in Greek style! Hein ordered the Kleftiko and it was fall-off-the-bone delicious!!!! I enjoyed the baked Eggplant dish - finished it off with Baklava, ice cream and Greek coffee.
We went for an early lunch and lucky to because it gets Really busy. We shared a meze platter. The food was excellent and service and the food very quick. Nice vibe too. The Mezze platter includes a salad an dips and pita.
What a lovely experience. The food was out of this world , the service was good and the atmosphere so relaxed. Please keep in mind the food takes time so don't be in a rush when you go there.
Food is excellent!!!! The service from a guy in brown clothes was a bit sketch, since he would argue continuously against what we as clients request and appeared to be either absent in mind and/or on some or other substance. The prices are also exorbitantly high!!!! I remember the restaurant from 10 years ago; 2013. Although the place had been revamped grom the old style, the sectioned off areas, left and within the canvassed-off part, rob the place from its atmosphere.
We were delightfully surprised by the quality of food, service and hospitality of this restaurant! The food was as fresh as it can be! Delicious! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We had a platter selection and it blew us away!!!! This is my new favorite in Cullinan!
Wonderful restaurant to visit and have fantastic Greek food. We ordered the Greek platters to share and they were very good. The chicken stuffed with feta cheese in a creamy sauce was my favourite. There is a great park across the road that has old mining equipment which the kids loved.
Classic no fuss Greek food. Platters are excellent and tasty for small groups. The grilled calamari was very tasty. Friendly staff in relaxed surroundings
This is a special place. You have to book to get a table as they are packed. But the food is absolutely amazing. This is a place I will definitely visit again
