Best Sushi I ever had outside of Japan! Love the different creations, the sushi tastes great in every way ! And the super friendly staff let you feel welcome and does everything possible to satisfy you :) Also babys and children are warmly welcome at this place.
Had a wonderful early lunch there. Sushi is great but your staff were awesome. They were so accommodating of my very active 2 year old.

I love all that Sushi Box Constantia has to offer. View, great food and non sushi options. The sushi came with very little ginger, I asked for more and then saw on the bill I was charged R12 for extra. Sneaky if you ask me. You can’t make reservations, so don’t pitch up too late in great weather. They also have the noodle box menu, which is great since we have shellfish allergy in the family. Would still return for the food and view. Just make sure to ask beforehand for enough condiments.
The food was beyond international standards and left us in awe! Not to mention the exceptional customer service received from Tanaka. She was an absolute dream and simply amazing as well as Mathius! What an amazing experience!
Sushi Box is a very special place for us! The sunset is lovely and it’s always a perfect spot for a Summer evening. Mathius was an incredible waiter, despite being so busy, we got a free starter on the house as our food was delayed, and our food and drinks were served with a smile. The egg fried rice was the best we've ever tasted, thank you! Delicious!
Maggie 2 minute noodles was great 🤣, at least that's how she introduced her self to us! Service was really good. Food was even better. Scenery is amazing. No drunken noodles though, was disappointed there, but the egg fried rice with squid and prawn was good 👌

Great service from Mathias and King
A better setting you will not find!! The views are stunning of the mountains with the vineyard in the foreground. We arrived early evening and it was a little hot and they kindly let us move the tables around so we had shade. King served us and he was so lovely. Quietly efficient and checked periodically if everything was ok. It is high season and this was definitely much speedier service than we have received elsewhere. Everyone was happy with their food.

What a wonderful afternoon at The Sushi Box. We went for a friend’s birthday and the sushi came out of the kitchen in the shape of her name - a beautiful and thoughtful surprise! Our waiter, King, was awesome. He was attentive, efficient and smiling for the duration of our lunch.
We went to Sushi Box in Constantia Uitsig to celebrate a few successes. It was a freezing cold evening and we were greeted by a cozy fire, smiling staff and a complimentary starter from the chefs. King was our waiter and he was exceptionally attentive (Give that man a Bells - or raise). The Constantia Uitsig Unwooded Chardonnay we ordered was exquisite and the sushi was even better! 100% recommend to anyone that's looking for a good sushi restaurant.
We loved that place! Such a beautiful spot to sit and enjoy the view, Sushi absolutely fresh and delicious, service very friendly and made us feel welcome. We will definately come back!
