Sipho (Burger King Claremont) Thank you for the amazing customer service and coffee (cuppacino). It was thoroughly enjoyable. I enjoy a good cuppa and was hesitant to try Burger kings new hot drinks but I am glad I did. My only regret was I took a small, will definitely be taking regular next time! Thank you once again!

Burger king is an international franchise so they are a custom to having things done a certain way but in South Africa you gotta adapt to the culture and I love how the staff at this particular burger king show their culture while they work. During the battle of a heated Saturday the burgers were flying and the orders were piling. There are always things that go wrong but it's how you handle it that makes a difference and the staff at this King can handle it with flare. I was on a double date and four Milk Tart milkshakes were ordered but only two were presented, now I don't know how it works there but we ordered the exact same thing but our orders were handled differently.. I got a bit of strawberry in my milktart milkshake because I had to wait 10mins longer..worth.

So far I like really like this burger king. Thus far I've only had a terrible milkshake from them and never ordered milkshakes there again. Someone needs to confirm if the quality has improved or not. I'll order one next I'm there and report back.

I normally have lunch at KFC but now Burger King is giving me an exceptional service. The staff provides a quick service, friendliness.

Well the food is always better in Cavendish, dont ask me why. The service was abit slow, even tho they were not really busy. Other then that, it was a good meal. Had a small value meal, nothing over the top. But walked away a happy customer.

Amongst the first and still one of the best in the country. Friendly staff, quick service and quality takeaway. Occasionally the soda machine gets a bit messy but that is due to lazy or messy customers and they try clean it up as soon as possible. Plenty of seating in the food court. Hopefully they can keep up the good experience
