Osumo is my absolute favourite health concious eatery. I almost always make a special trip from Strand to Green Point when I visit from Pretoria to get my fix. Tiger chai for the win! I do hope you open one on this side if the world one day!
I absolutely LOVE this health food spot, the food is really delicious. I must compliment you guys on your iced coffee- I have had iced coffees all over Cape Town but none come close to this iced coffee! It is heaven! And since I live in Stellenbosch, I will drive 40min just for a fix of Osumo <3 Thank you guys xxx
Mangodilla smoothie: always a winner. Tuna salad: delicious and filling. I’d only like more sundried tomatoes. I appreciate the packaging of the take away as well. Keeps food looking great. This is a great place for a quick meal. 👌🏾
My favorite healthy takeaway joint. Staff could be a bit friendlier but I have absolutely no problem with the food! My most ordered meal is the sticky plum chicken wrap (you can also order it as a salad or sandwich) the smoothies are also super delicious.
This is just one of those places that draws me in even when I’m not hungry! I’ve tried most of the smoothies, but I must admit Dr Breakfast with almond milk substitute is my go-to... in a large cup :)
Great food, even better smoothies! I find myself going to oSumo even when I'm not that hungry because their Tiger Chai smoothie so hard to resist. The service is fast and very efficient, and their food and drinks are super fresh, healthy, and delicious.
The meals are delicious, filling and prepared very quickly. I'm in love with the butternut and feta salad...its prepared perfect everytime. Their country sandwich is also tasty and fresh..it keeps me coming back for more and more! The service is great too, never have to wait longer than 10 mins for a meal..Osumo kicks kauai's butt!
I love Osumo as a healthy option, being surrounded by unhealthy food in Cavendish haha! Their wraps are generous, fresh and delicious! I love their Very Berry or Tiger Chai Smoothie! (wish it was a bit more affordable)
I had a wrap to go from Osumo in a lunchtime flurry. Despite being really busy, they manage the rush very well and food comes out pretty swiftly. I had the sunflower power wrap, sans feta, and I enjoyed it a lot. I'd go back for a reliable, healthy lunch.
I absolutely die for Osumo! Whenever I catch myself at Cavendish I never leave without popping in. The Butternut Boy stir fry is my go to take away dish, I recommend it to everyone looking for something light yet filling. Their service is quick and easy, I can grab a meal in between classes.
I'm a big fan of iced coffee and Osumo's one has only made me grow fonder.
I absolutely love Osumo. Not only do they offer a wide range of vegan and vegetarian options, but they are reasonably priced. The ingredients used are of great quality and their service is fast.

Quite fond of Osumo everywhere. It has a great variety of meals in the form of wraps, sandwiches, and salads for a decent price. But I am hoping that one day they will resort to high fat or normal fat dressings and condiments. Ideal for health-freaks.
My favourite: Popeye Salad without the sweet soy & olive dressing.

My favorite smoothie will always be salted caramel. Missing those cardboard holders though. The cold smoothie freezes my hand on the go.
Great wraps! And good quality ingredients in their food. The service was a little slow (which didn't bother me) because they have a small kitchen and little staff. Price was a little steep but I think still worth it.
Great range of health menu items, including super food smoothies and gluten free wraps.
I love this place! Their peanut butter toast is still one of my favourites. The ladies are friendly, the food tastes like it's made with love and they're always happy 'vegan' their offerings.

If you looking for a wheat grass shot or a smoothy this place has it all. They do vegan,spicy, chicken, salads, wraps or pitas so whatever you feeling for they have it. If you allergy to nuts or wheat they have options without that in it and the food is so yummy and healthy
i love Osuma, great food just what you need to fill the gap without having to worry about whether or not it is healthy enough. Such a carefree treat not to mention all the yumminess
I’ve always had a good experience at Sumo. I really like the goji blaze smoothie and the chicken mayo wrap. The service is quick and friendly and this is the healthiest fast food at the cavendish center. I recommend this sumo for people looking for a quick healthy bite.
It's amazing and the smoothies are my favourite! Especially the vanilla chill! It tastes like vanilla ice cream. Would definitely recommend.
The food and smoothies are great. Do not order a coffee though. Although they serve the usually delicious Truth coffee, it is consistently terribly prepared and tastes horrible.
