As someone who loves Kauai’s food and smoothies, I’ve had a chance to experience a lot of different stores.
And every time I order my favourite, the Peanut Butter Berry, I always get a very, very good smoothie.
But, the only truly excellent (and dare I say, perfect) Peanut Butter Berry I’ve ever had is at the this Kauai. I’m not even a Virgin Active member. I drive all the way to this gym, just to get the amazing Peanut Butter Berry made by Patricia, who is just absolutely lovely.

Staff always so friendly even though it is sometimes very busy and staff gets put under pressure.

Feels like family away from home
The food was very good. The place is normally busy and the service tends to be slow especially in the mornings since they have to tend even uber eats orders and gym goers. But their service despite being a bit slow, it's good. I guess the size doesn't help matters.
They also do call in orders. The chicken wraps are worth it . Fresh and delicious. Smoothies are sometimes not the same had one today tasted watery not the usual flavor.
Food was ready in no time. They are conveniently located that you don't have to be a Virgin active member to buy. They are just at the door.
I could use my FNB eBucks rewards even though I wasn't inside the actual doors. Usually with Virgin Active Kauias you don't see the actual store, and you have to call for someone to meet you at the Virgin active door. So this one wasn't the case and I loved it.
Their wraps were fresh, ingredients used very fresh. I ate one of the wraps 2 days later and it was still fresh!
Clean, fast and ooooh so HEALTHY AND DELICIOUS. I am not a Virgin Active member and have to order from Virgin Active Reception Area. I still have a pleasant experience, every time. 👌👏
Kauai was great. Food was real Good! The Man at reception at Virgin Active not so. Wouldn't let Us in to order at main Kauai counter and We had to order and wait by pick-up orders for delivery people.
Just wow! This Kauai makes the BEST wraps by a thousand miles! Thank you for that delicious meal, it was excellent. The other Kauai branches can learn from you guys, well done.
It's not really possible to access the Kauai unless you're a member of the gym. I ordered on the app and collected.
