Great experience, we were helped by Nation(I hope I got the name right), she was friendly and recommended some of the dishes to try on the new menu and constantly checked if we are still good. The manager also came to check if all is well. We also got a complimentary drink 😁 The food was great, and loved the atmosphere. Keep it up!! 👌🏾

I don't usually give a 5 star rating. I reserve 5 stars for the truly exceptional. This is definitely, without a doubt the best experience I have had at any ocean basket. The level detail and attention we received was exceptional. The manager in particular was amazing. Keep up the good work guys.

We were on tour from the Western Province for a hockey tournament and landed at this Ocean Basket. What a luck that we did. They were due to close when we arrived, but because there was a team of us, stayed open for us to have supper. The staff were more than willing to stay longer and the service was amazing. The manager checked in and helped with getting the food and drinks to us in excellent speed. We will definitely be going back there.

Good people of the internet. I cannot even begin to describe the amazing amazing experience I’ve had here at OB Centurion Mall. I’ve never in my life at any OB ever experienced such excellent customer service . Tom who I think is the owner or manager is absolutely phenomenal and treated me like I’m more than just a regular customer and sitting here I can see all patrons receive the same WONDERFUL service. My heart has been touched today.

10 - What a service I got from Tiaan (Manager) after a waiter made us go sit and only to tell us later that the table was booked and we had to move.... even though it was over 20min. Being my partner's birthday, I was ready to Burn the place down, but Tiaan came and made sure we were treated like clients with his awesome service. Thank you Tiaan👊🏽🔥🔥🔥
