I would rate the service as excellent, with Natasha,our waitress being exceptionally friendly, kind, cheerful, and attentive throughout the entire experience.
Our food was fresh, crunchy and tasty, beverages were lovely and the view,' front row' seats of the runway from our booth.
Natasha gave amazing service, she was absolutely lovely and extremely friendly. You'll feel welcomed having her as your waitress!

I needed a quick meal and drink which I recieved. The service was efficient, meal tasty and drink served first. This is a well run operation.

Amazing staff, were so great in a crises. No power at the airport and the Wimpy team stepped up to make a plan and get toasties and coffee on sale… well done you guys are super inspiring!! Great great staff - give them a bonus!! ❤️
Unfortunately your establishment is not Halal so I cannot enjoy a sit down here, but I do stop by for a coffee from time to time. The service I receive from your ladies on a R30 cuppa is always amazing, and they really surpass customer expectations with their professionalism, smiles, conversation, and attention to detail, making you feel at home on every occasion. Very good experience at the Wimpy at Cape Town International Airport. Great food and excellent service.
Patience was my waitress and she made this a very pleasant experience. Very friendly, helpful and checks in regularly to make sure you are fine.
I will definitely be back (hopefully I will be fortunate enough to have Patience as my waitress again!)
