This cafe is a great and affordable place. The food is really tasty and very reasonably priced. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall had a very pleasant experience and will definitely go back soon.
Ecco Caffè this morning for breakfast. I love the design of this place. Clean modern and the self service on food and drink means you don't have waiters buzzing around you the whole time and you can chill at your leisure.
I ordered a cappuccino which was perfectly brewed and had a nice velvety microfoam on top. With that their special for the day salmon and egg bagel. I asked my egg poached but they didn't get it right. Not even close. BUT that said the combo was really delicious- the bagel delightfully crispy on the outside and soft and buttered on the inside. The salmon was fresh and overall had I ordered the eggs scrambled this would have been a serious winner.
Definitely keen to make this a regular spot to pop into in the mornings.
I work close by and often pop in here to get a smoothie or coffee! The vibe is very casual! I love their smoothies and enjoy the efficient and easy service! It's a great place to have a coffee and cake and meet a friend or do work!

This cute cafe is the anchor that keeps everyone fed in the surrounding spaces of Devil's Peak Brewery. The modus operandi pretty much is self service, but the interaction you get from the staff is still warm and friendly. Today, I opted for the Chefs Soup special of the day, which was butternut soup with chilli and coconut milk. I won't lie, it's absolutely perfect for a chilly, winters day, but it should been a Chilli soup with butternut and coconut milk...it was SPICY! But nothing I can't handle. It was served with slices of artisanal sourdough bread and a big, friendly smile from the manager. The decor is quite minimalist, with wooden finishes and the space allows for loads of movement and interaction. Not bad at all!
Delicious Cortado - and great place to get some work done! The food menu looks really well priced and the various meals That came past me looked delicious. The carrot cake (my weakness) and other bakes at the till point also looked amazing. So will definitely be heading back to try it for lunch or breakfast soon!
It's in a nice part of Woodstock. I popped in for a flat white. Great atmosphere if you need get some work done or meet clients for coffee/lunch as they also offer wifi.
Decided to go to my father's old neighborhood. It's really looking much better now a days. I heard about Ecco cafe because most of my family still stays this side. It's a really cute place with a little coffee station and a kitchen at the back, there are no waiters and you place your order and place in front much like you would at a take aways. The food overall was really well priced and delicious. I'd recommend it especially if you're in the area.
I haven't eaten there but the flat whites are the best! My daily fix before work. Friendly barristas and overall great service keeps me coming back for more.
Nice sunny atmosphere. Tried the pepper steak salad, although a good flavor, the meat strips were too few and a bit chewy. A better cut and more strips would have justified the price of R75.

Incredible positive atmosphere! The people are encouraging and friendly, their coffee is great and they promote reusable straws and mugs (which I appreciate!)
Family run. Caters for banters. Coffee is delicious. Does excellent catering for local businesses. Great vibe too.
