I've been wanting to try Primal Kitchen for a while now and finally got to visit it after a long run on Women's Day. It serves the perfect variety of healthy meals to refuel ingredients are fresh, coffee great and service friendly. We had the Shashuka with extra bacon and sourdough toast; and the Chocolate Crepes with Coconout Yoghurt. Both dishes were outstanding. Love the create your own concept on their menu. Perfect for anyone with different dietary requirements.

My favorite lunch spot at the moment, in fact I'm eating a strawberry muffins with a almond milk cuppachino right now! If you have specific dietary requirements.... I do low carb and naturally gluten free..... Then do not miss this spot. The staff is friendly and welcoming, I'm yet to eat something that I don't like

Love this place. Has been great everytime I come out. One of the best coffee shops and eateries in the city bowl and Cape Town in general. Great decor and atmosphere. Food is delicious and healthy. The service is amazing. Will be eating here more often.

Stumbled across the primal kitchen while on our way to another restaurant, for breakfast, and decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. Awesome, tasty low carb and healthy food options on the menu.

I'm not usually a person who is into health places but this was fantastic to be honest. It's a little bit expensive but the food quality more than justifies it. If you aren't really into health places but want to start then you should come here.
