Wide selection. Good variety. I just wish there was a better adult sitting area. Also get your staff some chairs, are they giraffes just standing whole day??? There's no bloody need for that.
Phenomenal Service with staff who know most books, where they are in the store, and or when they're coming in (all without looking on the pc).
Over and above they'll suggest similar reads or provide suggestions that have proved to be true gems 💎!
The store is well set out and welcoming, quite a coll
It's always good to pop in and browse this store. If you're lucky, you'll get a good deal. If they don't have what you're looking for, they source it, and it won't cost you an arm and a leg.
Store has a lot of variety. I like fantasy books, mind body spirit and Manga primarily and the variety at the store is very impressive.
Also a lot of interesting other sections, puzzles and gadgets. Definitely worth a look
Staff very knowledgable and wide selection of books at very reasonable prices.
Loving the new store. Great selection and engaging staff who new their stock. Pity they don't have the full range of magazines thay they once had but overall a great experience for young and old.
Lovely staff. Called ahead looking for a book, they checked and let me know they had it. We may not have been greeted on entry but they were very attentive when we asked for help.

Exclusive Books shut it's doors after the covid pandemic. More's the pity since it's one of our most loved and appreciated bookstores. I was disappointed because all there was at May's end, 2022, was a pop-up. Still I found something good - Simon Sinek's 'Start with Why', an inspiring and useful one
Awesome book shop. Great staff and you will definitely find exclusive books for your collection.
The staff are helpful and pleasant and the shop is nice and quiet. It's a good break if you wanna get away from all the droning of the rest of the mall. I was held up in there with a book yesterday, and before I knew it 3 hours had passed. They have yummy snacks outside the store too.

The Canal Walk store has fantastic choice and the staff are always knowledgeable.
However, stay away from the Online Store - really consistent poor service. Complete lack of communication when following up on an Online Order. Shocking Service!
The staff are very helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with and they always a nice large variety of books available. As an added bonus, it is nicely situated within Canal Walk, where you can walk straight out from the shop to sit down and have a coffee while reading your new book.
I looove popping in when I have the chance, haven't bought a book in a while. Wanted to pop in today because I wanted to pay Seattle coffee co a visit, but found out the store is being refurbished. Can't wait to see it again!
