Not the nicest interior BUT the sushi is very nice. All you can eat for R160 is more than fair and you don't just have to take off the belt but can order sushi if you don't see what you are looking for.
The new interior view is just worth it fancy.classy and warm welcoming.you wouldn't regret stopping by for a quick sanack or dine with us.Well knowledge stuff with a quality service and the food is always on time.

I went here on a date and really enjoyed the sushi buffet, I thought it was good value for money and noticed this is a place people simply come to sit alone for dinner and enjoy the conveyor belt. Maybe not the best in the world but definitely nice with an order of sake! (could be a bit more vibey as it was rather quiet)

What you see is what you get. This isn’t Jiro Dreams of Sushi. If youre looking for better than average sushi that doesnt break the bank with a very casual/relaxed/unintrusive ambience you will really love this place!
Best option in Green point/Sea point area. Places like Sevruga/Beluga present fancy/upscale vibes and deliver unimpressive food for a high price tag.
They have a 2-for-1 option that is great if you want 4-6 rolls for under 100 or 2 rolls for less than r50. The All You Can Eat is great if you want to be able to take from the conveyor belt, order a variety of fresh rolls and/or order a chinese dish for only r150.
The owners are very sweet and accommodating and the staff is very helpful. They are very attentive to food allergies. We also requested our items without mayo and the chef was very conscious of this throughout the entire night.
We stayed until close and the staff did not rush us out and allowed us enough time to order another round of rolls. They even let us step back inside after close while we waited for our Uber.
We cant wait to go back for another night of cheap delicious sushi.
What you see is what you get, very chill environment and a wide variety of food options. We did the all you can eat special and tried most of the sushi options and all of them were great. Very good value, staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all the rules for the specials and what all was in every type of sushi. They were attentive to allergies and successfully made sure nothing we ordered throughout the night had mayo on it. We were there until they closed and they weren't in any hurry to rush anyone out. Great experience, we can't wait to go back and bring our friends!
Pleasantly surprised... As previous reviews said, not much of an ambiance, but to be honest, I literally do not care about that... I went out in search of satisfying my sushi craving and Best of Asia did EXACTLY that! Good sushi at a good price (R149 all you can eat).
Great deal for sushi as they offer a buy 1 get 1 free as well as an "eat as much as you can" for +/- R150 per person.
I live in the area so this is my choice for a good sushi deal. The decor is not very modern but it is always clean.
I went to Best of Asia by pure chance and it was a nice surprise to find that they offer a sushi buffet for a reasonable 150 ZAR. The sushi was good, fresh and really delicious. One thing though, their sushi chef can increase the variety of the dishes offered on the belt.
They certainly don't have the most refined or inventive sushi but they are the champions in my hood. Best of Asia's sushi special is too hard to resist and it's great to just walk in, sit down at the carousel and pick your treats.
The pricing and portion is moderate, not too expensive and not too big on size. The sushi is made well but they aren't works of art either - they can come apart and also lack numerous flavours you may be used to like chilli.
However, the service is non-intrusive, the sushi is fresh and the establishment is clean and bright. Besides sushi, they have very well-priced Asian fare like sweet and sour pork and chow mein.
Ordered this evening take aways from this restaurant. It was packed perfect. Sushi was fresh. Perfect portion sizes. Lots of ginger and soy sauce. Much better than other Cape Town sushi restaurants, trust me!!! Absolutely 5 Stars!!!

Did the buffet , price as we thought it would be. Same as all the other places prices. Took a photo with buffet prices.
Only reason for not a 5 star is because our waiter disappeared for an long time. But asked someone to order for us.

Our absolute favourite sushi restaurant in CT! We come here every time we visit, and I end up loving them more every time. Today, they were such sweethearts and gave the whole restaurant fruit bowls because it was so warm out. ABSOLUTELY THE MOST LOVELY PEOPLE! Don't come here for uptight and sharp service, it's just a very chilled and relaxed place (I would actually not like a waiter breathing down my neck in this restaurant).
Your standard sushi buffet that’s central and has all the basics.
Staff and service is decent. I’d recommend getting the buffet as it’s good value for money. They do pack it with rice unfortunately.
They have a sushi belt so you can sit right by the chefs or you can sit at the tables and order your items for the buffet or collect it at the belt.
You can eat and get charged per plate as well. They also have some Chinese food on offer.
Parking is on the main road.
I’d return as there isn’t any better sushi buffets around.
Great sushi specials, very well made, services is good, but could improve. Otherwise if you want vegetarian sushi, expect a wait, but it's well worth it. Don't forget to try some saki!
So fast, so fresh! Great value for unlimited sushi right off the belt. Talented, friendly sushi chefs, great staff. Squeaky clean and consistently excellent. We've been eating here for many years; It's our favorite sushi in all of Cape Town! 10/10
Had fish n chips here as a take away and fish was really delicious and decent size but however chips portion is very little but for fish n chips in town it's pretty good compared to the other over priced places, they also served it with abit of mayo in a small tub which was a nice touch.

Hands down best All you can eat deal in town. R199. But also hands down the best sushi, for the price. Outdone by the upmarket likes of Sushi Box, but in terms of relative pricing, this is the absolute best you can do! Big pieces, generous salmon, and high turnover means sushi is always fresh!
