This is one of my fav spots for some fav Indian dishes that are 100% vegan. Great selection and every dish I’ve had so far has been flavorful and spiced just right. They use mock meat and cheese, and have now included tofu in some dishes. It’s a small spot in a strip mall on Kloof Street. Not the mo
My first time ordering food from them and will most definitely go back to try their other dishes. What fantastic service I got there. 100/10 will definitely recommend
Good Indian food, all vegetarian with a wide range of vegan and gluten free options. They seem to predominantly cater to the takeaway market although they do have seeing. The staff were friendly and the food was good.
We got everything vegan and it was Excellent 10/10 if I could. We especially loved the garlic naan which is a treat because in most Indian restaurants naan is not traditionally vegan. The Aloo Gobi is the best I’ve ever had- nice touch with the fried cauliflower! The place was clean, food came quick
It's always so nice to eat here - there are so many yummy vegan dishes, and the service is great. My personal favourites - soya chicken breyani, dhal, butter bean curry, tofu wrap and soya mince samoosas.
Delicious vegetarian food served up every time. Plenty of vegetarian options to choose from and each dish is just so yummy!
The food was more than delicious and the portions were plentiful. We had the aloo gobi and palak paneer with garlic naan and aloo paratha. We ate fully and took home left overs. Cannot wait to try everything on the menu! I don’t have pics because I started eating before I remembered to take any! Sta
Visited Prashad's for the first time and yesterday and omg was I blown away. We ordered the soya prawn breyani (came with a side a dhall & sambal) and soya butter chicken (came with a side of basmati rice). I bravely chose medium for the breyani heat strength and it was really spicy but so so flavou
A very nice, fully vegetarian/vegan Indian restaurant. Lots of options to choose from and overall the food was great
So happy we ordered from here. Food was amazing. Perfect blend of spices and bold flavours. All present are as happy as I am. Highly recommend.
Even if you’re not a vegetarian, the vegan butter chicken is out of this world. We loved the shredded option with garlic naan and their Marsala tea is delicious. Great prices and lovely service, perfect take away too. It is a small cafe and a delightful discovery.
This is hands down my favourite Indian restaurant in Cape Town. Sure, it's not fine dining and they are vegetarian, but the flavours are unmatched. I've had all their breyanis and the dhal that accompanies them are to die for. The mushroom Mattar is divine as is the vegetable korma. I'm drooling wri
This is by far my favourite curry take-out spot in Cape Town. I'm not vegetarian but these vegi curries are addictive! My absolute favourites - the paneer korma, the butter bean curry, butter naan and samoosas. The portions are very generous and everything is fresh and delicious.
Ordered takeaway veggie korma and it was incredible! Super delicious and worth the price
Just wow :) two very happy vegetarians over here! Ordered through Mr D and the food was absolutely delicious. Delivered quickly, very decent portions, a huge variety of bits and bobs that we couldn't resist adding too, and flavours that take me back to my childhood. An absolute winner and counting
Amazing amazing amazing!! Ordered twice here on Uber Eats and was so blown away by the flavour. The food was hot and fresh and delivery. The soya butter chicken curry and breyani was so good! Thanks for serving real, delicious Indian vegetarian/vegan food! Yum!
Phenomenal food. We ate here twice on a week long trip and would absolutely return if given the chance. Don’t miss out on any of their mock chicken dishes!!!
They’ve changed their butter chicken recipe unfortunately.
AMAZING!!! The best food I've every tasted in my entire life! The vegan biryani, samosas, naan was perfect! I wish that I could "hello fresh" weekly meals home to the U. S. from this place. It's the best kept secret in Cape Town.
