Hubby and I took advantage of the kids being at their grandparents and had date night last night. We're so glad we were referred to your restaurant. We had a wonderful time. Food was delicious. Keaghan, our waiter was very attentive, professional and helped us to make good choices with the large variety on offer in the menu. The barman made us feel very at home, engaging with us and surprising us with his "barman's special" of tasty virgin cocktails showcasing his skills. Our starter, mains & mocktails were so filling, we didn't have place for dessert. We loved the fact that when we called in, the person who answered very confidently explained that the kitchen was 100% halaal and knew exactly what that entailed. Overall a lovely experience. We will be back. Will recommend the dining experience too.

Had very high expectations for this place from seeing the reviews and also the website. The decor is elegant no doubt. Place is much smaller than expected not much seating space for dining. 10 to 12 tables at most. The view is of a tables are faced towards a quite side road mostly vagrants roaming. Had virgin cocktails which was amazingly good. Food was good not exceptional. Had the wings and nachos for starters. Nachos was a Little dry but presentation was really beautiful. I had a rump steak which had a lot of fat on it to make it appear bigger. Steak was cooked ok tender in the middle but very dry on the edges. We also had a prawn curry with coconut milk. I couldn't taste the coconut milk had a bit of an aftertaste like it burnt slightly. It was a pleasant experience waiters were very attentive and friendly. Will give it another try.

I had the Indian dinner here twice. The place is clean and tidy. The staff was good. As our food was made by an Indian cook it was awesome. I don't know about other food cousins. The place was decorated nicely. There was a bar so you can also enjoy the drinks if you want. The place is located on a busy street so it can be full. I just love the food and I don't think anything other than cleanliness matter when you are really hungry.

Went to Favour8 with the Hyperli special and the whole meal was amazing. The chicken wings and Asian bento box was really good. For mains, we had butter chicken curry, prawn curry and the lamb rogan josh. The Lamb was cooked to perfection and each portion was generous. The prawns were perfectly cooked. Highly recommended this restaurant if you want to try Indian curry.

This place is very cozy with a relaxed mood. The food is great and the service we received from our waiter Irene was even better. With prices that won't break the bank, I would definitely recommend paying at least one visit when you in Cape Town CBD

One of the best food you can get in Cape Town. Great taste with live music. We liked all what they offered. We had booked dinner here for our first day in South Africa for group of 40+ people and surprisingly they have a huge place approx 100+ guest can easily set in and the food remained upto its expectation. Excellent food and service. The staff are professional. Highly Recommended to discover the traditional foods and SA cultural values. Quality of the food was also good. I will definitely visit this place again on my next trip to cape town.

My Favour 8 Restaurant. Located in Mandela Place Cape Town city Centre. Had Indian dinner. Being in a large group were served buffet style, Indian dinner as per our order. Menu was nothing exotic . Normal veg and non veg fare with a chicken dish., Food was good. Service quite satisfactory. Ambiance could do with a little improvement.
