The protein flapjacks are next level. The staff are super friendly too! I will definitely be back for lunch again. If you haven't been there yet, it's definitely worth it :)
I was in Cape Town for 6 days. I found this place near my hotel and I loved it. It was nice having a healthy food place so close by. I went here almost every morning. I enjoyed the coffee, smoothies, juice shots, and food. I could tell everything was fresh. It was a great way to start my day. The employees were really nice too. I had a good experience.
My first visit - loadshedding but they were totally operational! Made the right choice - healthy crispy greens with perfectly prepared poached eggs and an excellent coffee. Will visit again!

Best place In Seapoint to get your coffee and vegan options for breakfast, lunch and even early dinner. The staff is just awesome. Sibu has been a Seapoint friend for years and the crew wants you to have a good time when you come in.
I chose to have a simple breakfast and went with the poached eggs on greens. Fresh and delicious. The service was fast and I experienced great service from all staff. I'll be back.
Had a lovely pre workout healthy meal at Nu earlier today - the vegetable soup had celery and spice in it which had a real kick! The chicken mayo was equally delicious full of flavor - I’m disappointed the sand which didn’t have a top slice, I must admit! Rather small on its own - thank goodness I ordered soup and two drinks too!
Love the raw choc smoothie for post work out
Green juice - the alkaliser fights acidity and boosts immunity (makes me feel like I am winning at health)
Definitely beat the winter blues!

Healthy and delicious food, with a well thought out menu. Excellent service, quality is consistently good. A well loved restuarant in the area, management and staff have kept a high standard over the past year, and adapted well to the new environment. I had the Boss smoothie today , it is perfection.
Always always deliver the best and the fresh health foods. Gluten free, no probs they cater. It's affordable. Try the alkalise.
