We we're lucky to find what can only be described as seafood heaven. The food was to die for. Given the quality of food, the pricing is surprisingly reasonable. We have been to a few of the restaurants around the corner in camps bay and there is no real comparison. This one takes the cake.
I was her on 14 December 2018. Fantastic restaurant. Delicious food with value for money prices, awesome and friendly service, which one so rarely experiences these days. Salmon was Excellent and the seafood platter (which comes with chips and salad) was equally excellent. My love and I will definately be back. Thank you to Thansia for your excellent customer service. Best of all, they're on Entertainer!
Fresh delicious seafood. Platter for one is good value and has a wide variety - including Mussels, Fish, Calamari and King Prawns. Great atmosphere with visible kitchen and friendly staff.
Amazing place to dine. Staff was outstandingly friendly, wine recommendation was perfect and the food tasted awesome. Prices are very reasonable. Definitely a place to visit.
This place has a lovely setting. Friendly staff and manager that is on point with sorting things out. Food was delicious. . . Could have done with more garlic butter sauce in my platter but nevertheless, still tasty.
By far the best Sea Food Restaurant in Cape Town. PRICES are Great and the Food is Impeccable. DEFFIN A MUST GO TO RESTAURANT!!
Great fish, but also great meat dishes. Happy, casual inexpensive dining.
Good value for money sea food and really personable service.
My partner and I each had the seafood platter for one which contained 3 prawns, 6 mussels, line fish, calamari and chips along with a side salad and dipping sauces.
I had an extra portion of calamari on the side which could have been bigger, hence the 4/5 rating.
Outside of that the service was friendly and fast, good beer options on tap and a cozy environment. The manager on duty tonight remembered my partners name when saying goodbye which I thought added a nice touch.
Definitely coming back!
The menu is a seafood-lovers delight - something for everyone. The wine list was good and the service was excellent. Small and intimate venue, comfortable seating. Bill at the end of the night for 4 people was so reasonable, we will definitely back go again.
A beautiful seafood restaurant. Extremely fresh, and feels very authentic and not on the unhealthy side.
