Was here for first Thursdays. Good vibe with friendly staff. Burgers were a generous size and were made really well.
Now this is a cafe for serious wave chasers! Cafe - eatery - boutique, Latitude 33 is one of the few cafes that opens in the wee hours (7am!) in Cape Town. Great for us office-dwellers, since I can pop in to grab an espresso to get my day started. On weekends, it's fun to pop upstairs and check out some of the artwork and clothes - way more fun than standard-issue Roxy on Long St.

Consistently good food and coffee. Best winter morning meal in Cape Town is their "Morning After". They make a mean breakfast wrap and have some banting sides like Cauliflower Mash & Sweet Potato Crisps. They do a high protein steak and egg breakfast and have the usual offering of oats, fruit salad, etc. Vegetarians catered for too with quinoa and stuffed sweet potato. Not open on weekends, sadly, but great for a morning brekkie or lunch.

Well priced, good atmosphere and good food & coffee. Tables and layout also conducive to using the space to get some laptop work done.
I used this place to work on my laptop. It's pretty quiet and the wifi is not too bad. The food, drinks and the atmosphere are good.
