The food was great and our waitress zilhona was awesome. She gave our such great service an her recommendations made her a fantastic sales person. Excellent face for the restaurant. The waffles were fluffy and so tasty. Even let me sit outside with my 2 fluffs and allowed me to order them each a patty. Loved the huge vegetarian variety.

Amazing breakfast. Great staff! Portions perfect size at affordable prices. Possibly the best french toast in Cape Town. Could do with a tad more deliciously fried banana. Will definitely be seeing us again!

Great spot for a quick after work burger and beer (and milkshake!). Quick efficient service, portions are just big enough and good value for money. Hubby had the Dagwood and I had the Spicy Burger. The potato fries were great as it was made from fresh potatoes skin on and not the bulk over processed precut type of chips you get elsewhere. I had the halloumi fries which I can highly recommend. Do try out their milkshakes too! Different flavors and deliciously tasty. PS great view of Table Mountain on a clear day. PSS we want to go back to try their breakfast options too!

Excellent pancakes and waffles. The service was exceptionally fast and attentive. When the kitchen messed up one of our orders (it happens!), the server sent it back and made sure the right one was brought promptly. Bravo for having such a well-trained staff.

I keep coming back for the great food and quality service. I have had their veggie burger and breakfasts but what keeps all my friends coming back are their Belgian waffles. Always just as good as the first time. And they have great views of Table Mountain

One of my favorite places in Cape Town! This bright and inviting eatery has a let modern feel and their staff is always on the ball. They push their streetsmart initiative to help those in need and above all of that, they give you an amazing dining experience! Their flapjacks are to die for and their waffles are delicious! There’s truly an option for everyone on the menu!

Such an experience with such good food and drinks. The iced coffee is amazing....let's not even begin with the flapjacks and waffles. This is a must for anyone that wants a great diner experience.

I went there for my birthday with a group of people and we received some of the best service ever. Lucky our waiter and the MOD made the experience a memorable birthday. The food was amazing, portions big, coffee great and service fast. They moved tables around and made sure we were 100% happy. 'Nothing is a problem and anything is possible.' was their words and that is exactly how the experience felt. To top it of they surprised me with a birthday treat. I would totally recommend this place. We will be back to try the rest of the yummy things on the menu!!!

An American styled diner in the upper end of town. Great place to get a snack like waffles or sip on a milkshake. Pleasant staff and both inside and outdoor seating. Definitely recommend for the family, friends catchup or couples date.

Yet another awesome Stacked experience! We just ordered breakfast from them through OrderIn. Everything arrived and was perfect, except there was no caramel sauce for the banana caramel jacks (or so I thought). Phoned Stacked, and Reg the manager promptly apologised (“Oh no! The sauce is the best part!”), offered to redo the order with loads of caramel sauce and deliver it himself. Super awkward when I found out the sauce had been in the bag all along 2 seconds later! �� Phoned back to cancel and apologise, foot firmly in mouth, but still super impressed at the Stacked service and their response to a mistake they hadn’t even made!

Went for lunch yesterday. One of a very few restuarants that has all day breakfast menu�. Hubby and younger daughter had classic breakfast. Older daughter had 3stack flapjacks with bacon and maple suryp. Wow they absolutely loved it......but my meal was THEE BEST. 4stack hashbrown with 2 free range poached eggs ,avo, bacon and sour cream...heaven in your mouth. Generous portions. Absolutely great value for money. Service was swift staff very friendly. Will defs be back. Thanks for an awesome first experience�

Went on a recommendation from my daughter. The food was good but that's where the experience ended. Coming from the hospitality industry, I've seen many staff and owners prosper and thrive in this tough environment but to have a manager (female) pointing into staff faces threatening them in full view of us (customers) is disgusting, and it continued with snide and abrupt comments to other staff as well. It speaks volumes on how the staff are treated. Won't be back. There are ways and means of getting staff to perform.

The concept of stacking your burger or frankfurter with up to 17 toppings was mind-boggling. Will definitely visit again to try new flavours with my meal.

Stumbled upon this place last night close to their closing time, even so the staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. Will definitely be coming back.

We went for lunch yesterday, 2nd of January, were blown away by the value for money and delicious food, staff was really friendly. We decided we have to visit again on a regular base.

I visited 4 times already and have never been disappointed. So far your blueberry and cranberry flapjacks were my favourite weekend breakfast options until I've tried waffles with chocolate sauce and ice cream today...heavenly! I've also tried an omelette which was yummy, fresh and fluffy. I always enjoy your Americano coffee, too! Excellent value for money. Will definitely be recommending you!

I really enjoyed the waffles and flapjacks at Stacked Diner - the portions are so generous for such reasonable prices! The "poached pear & vanilla custard" flapjacks were so tasty. Staff were warm and welcoming and I really liked the diner set up. WIll be back!

Good location, although, I could always do without street parking. The diner has an American style feel. Great variety of milkshakes. The popcorn flavor milkshake was a nice surprise as it smelt and tasted just like popcorn! The coffee is pretty decent and the menu itself has a decent array of options ranging from burgers to waffles. The food is quite good and presented well. Service is mediocre. All is all, worth the visit and the money.

This will unfortunately be the last time I order from Stacked. I always get my order delivered and I have NEVER received a full order. Every time I order from Stacked Diner I receive either a packet that has been travelled up side down making the food a total mess to eat or something is missing from my order (this is usually the case with sauces). Today I had a look at my slip and noticed, not only did they not give me everything I had ordered, they also doubled the delivery fee! I have been SCAMMED enough by this place. Read your slip carefully and buy your own condiments if you want to order from Stacked Diner.

Quiet, quaint spot in Gardens. Very comfortable seating arrangements. The menu is a tad misleading - ask for explanations concerning the sizes of the portions. Other than that, the music was lovely and the waiters are friendly. The lighting is low; a lovely spot for a catch-up with friends.

I've been here for a breakfast before (because Arnold's was full) but was pleasantly surprised. Recently my friend envited for waffles, they were lovely, service was great too.

The food is really okay. Nothing great off the menu and I've literally tried almost everything from there. Love the colours and aesthetics. Staff are friendly. Don't enjoy coming here but all my friends enjoy it here

Food was good, like that you can design your own meal. Pineapple was quite thin, expected it to be slightly more substantial but not a big issue

Good value for money, great atmosphere and friendly staff. I ordered a chicken BLT burger with a side of crispy onions and my boyfriend a beef Dagwood burger with a side of frickles (fried pickles). We were very impressed with the quality of the meal and liked the fact that the options of sides were different and interesting. After browsing the menu we will definitely be back to try their flap jack and waffle stacks

Stacked is one of the few remaining great value for money spots in Cape Town. We go to here ALL the time. It has great food, brilliant staff who are efficient, friendly and very accommodating. It's doggo friendly. There are waffles. Definitely recommend this spot.

My friends and I eat here regularly, and the manager and staff make us feel so welcome every single time. The burgers and chips are delicious, and the desserts are mouth watering (let's not forget the milkshakes - wow). The service is fast, friendly and on point. The food has always been of a high standard, and the pricing is so reasonable for the generous amount of food that they serve. Highly recommend!!!

One of my favorite local spots with great diner food and also stacked happens to be a great cure for hangovers 😂<br/><br/>I absolutely love their thick blueberry flap jacks which are accompanied with a maple syrup and whipped cream. This goes well with a side order of bacon.<br/><br/>Their BBQ chicken wings are crispy and basted in a sweet sauce which goes well with the crunch😍<br/><br/>Also a great burger spot 👌🏾

For a diner this place is amazing. The burgers were tasty. They did not leave that horrid garlic seasoning after taste. The trimmings were fresh. The service was professional. The Restuarant is clean and there is no cooking smell that one usually finds in a diner <br/>

Popped by this place with a friend this evening and decided to try the waffles...I chose to have the two stack (half portion) along with strawberries,chocolate sauce and ice cream.<br/>The waffles were crisp and divine, definitely worth a try and not badly priced at all.<br/>The service was also friendly and efficient so I’ll definitely be back soon!

This is the best place to have brunch after a night out. The waffles are deliciously hearty. Portion sizes are great and very well priced. The staff is very friendly. I left a valuable here once and I returned a day later and they had kept it safe for me. I was so pleased.

I ordered a take away from Uber Eats. I expected it to be “more” as I read the reviews & had higher expectations. Perhaps ordering a take away is not a good idea. The chips were over cooked and tasted a day old. The patty was cooked well, and the burger was okay as the garnish was not great at all. You could order a cheese burger rather from any other fast food take away and it would taste the same! <br/>Not the best cheese burger as a take away, over priced especially for the size of burger and chips.

Beautiful hand cut chips and to my surprise the were different ones to choose from (chilli salt, rosemary salt etc) I opted for the rosemary salt which were delicious and the vegetarian burger. The veg burger was unique, the patty was purplish and quite tasty - it just needed a bit of salt. I really loved STACKED!

I ordered mine with ice cream, strawberries and caramel sauce - delicious! I also like the fact that you can choose how much you want, 3 stack vs 5 stack. Yay!<br/><br/>Pancakes - horrible. They were super thick, burnt and not great tasting. The chocolate sauce also didn’t aid in getting it down. I landed up just not eating them.

Great burgers! I love the whole concept look of the place. Ambience is perfect for what it is. Gets busy during weekends but that's obvious. Perfect for a quick night out or dinner with friends. Cool service and menu

We had a good time at Stacked Diner, the Vegetarian pattie is amazing! (beetroot,sweet potatoe & chickpeas)... and ended off with a waffle.. all in all food was very nice & I loved the interior decor of the diner vibe... will be back 😉

If I had to name a place where I could eat 3 meal types in a single serving, it would be here. I am in love with this American Style diner in the middle of Cape Town. The fluffiness of the flapjacks, the crispiness of their bacon strips and the sweetness of their maple syrup make this place an absolute winner.

What a fantastic evening, after googling best burger place in Cape Town we ended up here! Fantastic burgers! Delicious and very tasty, we then had a milk shake let’s just say YUMMMMMMM! Weren’t to happy with the bubblegum but a very friendly manager came our way, apologized and gave a us another one on the house! Great service and definitely a place to stop at when in Cape Town!! We will definitely be back!!

Very Reasonable Price for really good food!!!<br/><br/>Any 3 toppings and 4 waffles for R60 (I had the choc hazelnut sauce, caramel sauce and or so crumbs😍), this also comes with a very generous scoop of ice cream!<br/><br/>The homemade hot chocolate was also very nice, they also have different flavours and is not only the standard hot chocolate.😊<br/><br/>Everyone enjoyed their meals and the service was also quick. Really enjoyed the food and will be back to try the Oreo Cheesecake which looked like a really good option!😅 Unfortunately, (Or fortunately actually🤔) the waffles alone were quite filling so couldn't handle anything more!🤣<br/><br/>One Thing To Note: Parking may be a little difficult to find as it is located on a main road and they do not have their own parking, however there are side roads nearby where you have a better chance of finding parking (That's where I was able to park)

Had a fantastic meal at Stacked Diner for my husband's birthday tonight. We all ordered various burgers. All delicious and excellent value. Our waitor was really friendly and attentive. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his surprise birthday waffle stack courtesy of the diner. Lovely touch. We'll definitely be back.

Beautifully designed diner. The homemade hot chocolate was one of the best cups of hot chocolate I've had in a while, with a great creamy consistency. The waffles were very satisfying, served with a generous amount of ice cream. Highly recommended this as a lunch spot if you are in the area. You won't be disappointed.

Stacked is a cute place. Diner like. The service wasn’t great. Could have been better. <br/>The prices on the menu don’t always correspond to what you are actually charged which really put me off. <br/><br/>Had a burger which even despite the toppings I added are rather small. <br/>Also had a waffle with Belgian ice cream which was great. The waffles were nice and fluffy. They use buttermilk for the batter which makes a huge difference. They were great value for money. <br/>

Wow! Loved it. Such good quality food for unbelievable prices. I had the lemon meringue waffle (Only R35 for the 2 piece one and R45 for the 4 piece). My friends had the R45 veg burgers which I will definitely be back to try (unltd. toppings). I loved the look of the diner and the service was decent. Oh my goodness, my first experience last night: I've been craving a good old American diner style burger for weeks and you guys ticked all the boxes. So generous with the toppings and just straight up delicious. The only complaint I would make is that our burgers were quite cold by the time they got to us. But I didn't even take a picture cause I was too excited to eat. Lovely staff. Good service and love the ambience.

Brilliant! Bootlegger Coffee, Unbelievable Flapjacks and just GREAT Chili Cheese Dogs, place has got a nice American Feel about it and the waiters are always keen to add value to the decisions by recommending sides and/or drinks that would go well with the food. Really is the kind of place that needs to find its way in the Cape Town touristy bucket lists!

Usually a very solid option for burgers, hot dogs and amazing fries and onion rings. Be wary of takeaways though, the standard drops considerably (see all the egg on my bacon & egg roll as an example)

Went here for a late dessert last night, and were not disappointed! All the good reviews are on point when they say this place makes the best in Town. Ordered the Lemon meringue Belgian-, and Caramel and banana American style waffles (ordered both in 4stack and it comes with a ton of ice cream). Crispy on the outside and it is HUGE! We weren't able to finish, so two stack next time, but the 4 is great for sharing. Service was wonderful :) Will definitely be back to try some of their food. Thanks Stacked Diner!

This is an interesting little cafe / diner with a focus on hot dogs, burgers, fries and shakes and the like. The decor is typical of a casual diner so don’t expect anything fancy.<br/><br/>The service was particularly slow and a bit poor, and even though it was peak season, we expect better.<br/><br/>The idea of the way the menu works is pretty cool, but the food wasn’t particularly good, but was at least on the cheaper side. The shakes were good though.<br/><br/>Overall not a great experience, but not entirely terrible either and it’s clean and safe to stop if you just need to get something simple in your stomach.

Really nice ambiance, with a lovely view of bustling Kloof street. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful!<br/>My boyfriend had a burger which was very reasonably priced and he enjoyed immensely, I had the blueberry flapjack stack which was pleasant (if a little underwhelming flavor-wise), and we shared a plate of chips which were really fresh and tasty. I also had the original frozen lemonade which was awesome!<br/><br/>Overall a great experience and a worthwhile stop in our adventures around Cape Town.

Love the atmosphere, style and food. Had eaten here before and had a savory dish, but this time had their classic Belgium waffles. So delicious, light fluffy and not overly sweet. The chocolate sauce and ice cream that accompanied it definitely hit the spot. I could eat this at any time of day! Had a try of their latte too and it was silky smooth, creamy and just the right amount of foam.

Burgers are not good. They are very dry and the bacon tasted like it was cooked two days before they used it. Portions also seemed small- especially the fries. <br/>The plates are also inconvenient in the way that they have small holes in them. <br/>Definitely have had better food elsewhere

Really great looking venue. Simple and clean, with friendly staff. <br/><br/>The system is quite simple to follow, with all the items available, on a laminated card. The bread was soft and broke up a bit. I prefer something that holds together better. The patty is also small (120grm) and 2 small patties are no contest for 1 reasonably sized one. <br/><br/>Keen to try other items off the menu.

Amazing service!!! And believe it or not their flapjack stack is right up there too! The flapjacks are so fluffy and just yummy! My sister had a milkshake which she thoroughly enjoyed.<br/><br/>Ordered mine for takeaway and the manager was kind enough to bring it himself because I didn't have a credit card at hand when calling in. The chilli cheese dog is super amazing - one of the best I've ever had (even better than some of the American originals). Had a side of onion rings that were too salty but the manager came straight over to apologize and said they needed to readjust their ratio of rosemary to salt - and he said he won't charge me for them which I was ultra impressed by. Great service, great food, easy hassle free eating that is guaranteed to satisfy your diner food cravings

This 4.5 relate to the waffles at this restaurant. I have never tasted waffles that are so fluffy and soft, simple and delicious. The food is very average but quite affordable which is nice if you feel like binging on junk food, but all I really recommend are the waffles !

Best place I've been to for waffles this far. The prices are really cheap, but the portions are really small so in proportion the prices are actually average. Presentation of the food was really bad, it is a diner, but the food could be presented better. I really enjoyed my wine though, it was sweet and refreshing, I believe it's the old man's white.<br/><br/>My friend says he really liked the coffee too.

These burgers... perfectly cooked yumminess: charred on the outside, pink on the inside. I ordered mine with lettuce, tomato, gherkins, pickled red onions and roasted garlic mayo (all toppings and sauces are free and the idea is to stack your burger with as many of these free items). <br/><br/>I added chili salt fries and a vegan patty as my side. Wasn't a fan of the fries (too slap-chippy), although both ladies I was dining with, loved them. No chili to be found in the chili salt, so will opt for the rosemary salt next time. The vegan patty was super yummy - a beet, quinoa, mushroom mixture. <br/><br/>My one friend ordered the chicken burger and was complimenting how good it was. The other also had the beef burger. <br/><br/>That beef patty though ... mmm!<br/><br/>Update: holy moly their flap jacks are crazy good! Definitely way better than their waffles.

A huge disappointment. Seeing a 4.1 rating I expected something good but what I got what I felt was a glorified, free range Mc Donald's burger. I asked for no sauce in burger and there was sauce. Crisps are supposed to be twice crisped but these were not at all crispy. The salad came already dressed, as a consumer I would like to have the option to dress my salad or not especially having a garlic intolerance. On a plus the manager handled the complaint very well and let's hope the constructive criticism ups their game.

Stacked is one of my favourite restaurants. I've been there three times and the service, quality of food and flavours have always been exceptional! I highly recommend the flapjacks and waffles, they are perfectly made and beyond delicious.

Really good cheap diner food plus they use a lot of free range and grass fed items. I love their house salad it simple and refreshing. They have fried pickles which are amazing and their pancakes are great basically everything you eat here is perfect and wonderful and the service is great and I'm sure obsessed with this place

This place is pretty damn cool.<br/><br/>First off it's ridiculously cheap, like that value for money is next level for a place on Kloof street!<br/><br/>The attitude of the staff is really good, welcoming and super friendly, no complaints whatsoever.<br/><br/>We've been twice and ordered the veg burger both occasions and both times it was damn delicious! And so cheap!?! And the toppings are all free! It's insane, their veg burger rivals that of royale eatery. And their fries are so good too!<br/><br/>Would def recommend this place especially if you enjoy a veg burger, and even if u don't, I urge u to try it just once :)

Why have I not been here before?? Stacked diner has a wide variety of breakfast and lunch options and all for such decent prices! Wish I had discovered this place sooner :) the service is perfect and I couldn't have left happier. All the food options made me think about what I want to order next time. Definitely a good sign!

Glad I finally went to go see this joint. I have wanted to try this place for awhile as it looks like a little of the road diner. I had a spicey burger and chippies. Was really great. Patty was a little raw but was still good.

I visited this restaurant with a group of friends and we were very impressed.<br/><br/>The prices are very student friendly, a burger costs you R45 and you can choose up to 17 FREE toppings/sauces to go with the burger. Fries are an extra R15. <br/><br/>I opted for the chicken burger, sadly it was a little bit tough. Everyone else went for beef burgers and raved about them! Delicious burgers and dogs....all day breakfast options are a treat. Place was a bit smokey the night I was there due to ventilation issue in the kitchen. Service was friendly and prompt. Will definitely go again

Very casual dining. Pleasant fixtures and fittings. Welcoming atmosphere. Although they were short on staff they were attentive albeit a bit slow towards the end. The bottom line is that this is the best value for money dining in Cape Town. Delicious burgers and hotdogs with lots of variety. Will return.

Quite a small menu - which was disappointing. But the food was good - and cheap, so good value for money. Perfect for a light lunch or snack. Yummy toppings and their waffles are great - who doesn't love a good waffle 🍩

Pulled in here for the first time yesterday (21 May 2017). Not bad. Menu was nothing unexpected. Great staff though (Michelle was a vibe!) and the service was really, really good. If you're looking for non-fussy, uncomplicated but satisfying fare, make a turn here. You won't be disappointed.

One of my weekend favourites! Their menu is nice and varied, and I love their "build your own burger" options. A standard beef burger with whatever trimmings you like at no extra cost is what we've all been waiting for! Their breakfasts are fun too and there's something for everyone - sweet or savory, classic breakfasts or something a little different. I never get tired of eating here!

Loved this place ! They may have screwed up my order but the quality of the food and the affordable price made up for it. I love the efficiency of their ordering system and menu- very cool and fitting with the vibe. My favorite part was all the FREE toppings- I got all of them just because.

Stacked just gets it right. The best value for money burger out there. Delicious, juicy and generous with their toppings. The service is efficient and the takeaway option is perfect for the hang. Highly recommend for a quick and tasty hunger fix.<br/><br/>Lekker lekker

Stacked is a great diner. Filled with vibrant energy designs friendly staff. Their prices are very good and their food, tasty! They have a great variety of drinks too. A pleasant experience it was 🔥

A perfect weekend breakfast spot, we went there for a post-hike Sunday breakfast and everyone's food was incredible, especially for the price. The flapjacks are a must try. They were also extremely flexible with out orders which is also a plus, as well as being pet friendly.

Well hello, happiness on a plate is all that I can say! If you have never heard of THE STACKED DINER in Cape Town on Kloof street ... you do not know what you have been missing!<br/><br/>I recently got together with a girlfriend of mine for a bit of a nosh and chat. I have become somewhat renowned amongst my friends for finding great little eateries that are a delight for both chatting and munching at the same time.<br/><br/>STACKED FOOD IS HEAVENLY<br/>So what makes this food joint unique you may ask? Well, it serves three of my favourite foods!<br/>1. Stacks of light and fluffy buttermilk crumpets (pancakes for our American friends)<br/>2. Stacks of potato rosti with poached eggs (new on the menu)<br/>3. Milkshakes which are hand churned<br/><br/>I believe the burgers are to die for too, but I'll have to get back to you on that one ... what I can say is that I saw the mince meat being delivered and their burger patties must be home made ... yummo!<br/><br/>SO WHAT WAS IT LIKE?<br/>When Hayls and I got the menu we could not decide what we wanted to eat, so we settled for sharing and the ability to experience both stacks and not miss out!<br/><br/>Option 1: The 5 Stack of original buttermilk crumpets, with bacon and maple syrup on the side.<br/>To say that this was heavenly is an understatement, they are the lightest and fluffiest crumpets ever!<br/><br/>Option 2: The potato rosti with poached eggs and sour cream<br/>Again these were golden, crispy and crunchy, they were drizzled with sour cream and the poached eggs were done to perfection. Do be warned however that this is a stack of four rosti's and it is filling. <br/>Did I mention I will be back for these again ....sooner rather than later?<br/><br/>All in all, we had great service and the food was awesome. I must mention however that there are steps, door frames all over and the restaurant is not really wheelchair friendly.<br/><br/>The inside of the restaurant is enclosed and can get quite noisy, so in summer you might want to opt for the outside courtyard area if you can. It is a tiny outdoor space and also the space for smokers sadly.<br/><br/>If you are looking for a quaint little diner with great food and great prices, give this place a try it's well worth it!

This place was just filled with pure joy and filled me with pure joy in the shape of banana bread French toast. <br/><br/>The staff were all so friendly and everything that came from the kitchen looked mouthwatering. If you're looking for a sweet cheap breakfast fix this is the place to go. <br/><br/>I'll definitely come back for more!

This is a really nice place for burger lovers. It's bit away from all the chaos on kloof so it's quiet. Went there for dinner and was mostly excited to stack my burger. Really enjoyed doing that, the creative bunch will enjoy that more. The burger itself was okay, it could have been better. The service was a bit slow which was shocking because my friend and I were one of the 2 tables there. I could possibly return.

Had breakfast here before and it was mediocre. <br/><br/>Came back for dinner this time around and didn't have the most welcoming experience at all. <br/><br/>We were one of the only two tables in the restaurant yet they failed to get our simple order right. <br/><br/>Had the bacon egg and cheese burger and liked the fact that one could choose as many toppings as you want. <br/><br/>Sadly, they failed to bring the side of chips with my partners burger and I really couldn't fathom how that lonely burger on that plate could have left the kitchen w/out the fries.... VERY DISAPPOINTED. <br/><br/>My burger was decent, value for money BUT I wasn't impressed with the fries. <br/><br/>Another highlight was the Mango Daiquiri which I have to say was really yummy!!! <br/><br/>All in all... Decent but disappointing... <br/><br/>Would I come back?? Probably not...

A very cool atmosphere here. It's incredibly well priced and hence a popular student breakfast & lunch hangout <br/><br/>I ordered the peanut butter chocolate milkshake and the R15 waffle with ice cream. Both were great and very cost effective. <br/><br/>The interior design is very sleek and modern, with trendy neon lighting. <br/><br/>I'll definitely come back to try some of their other menu items.

I spent some time doing work here and I was definitely impressed. They have fair prices and great service, and are very clean. I definitely recommend.

Absolutely brilliant food, amazing service and it's also very affordable. Which means you can eat even more. Try their fries with rosemary salt! Also, the best pancakes in town, hands down.

Looking for a good diner type meal then Stacked is the place. Had a fantastic brunch. The quality was good and the service ,for Kloof Street was excellent. Good unpretentious place worth checking out

It is really a good place , and very good prices and food. I went there with my friend and we really liked it. I liked also there hot chocolate

An uptown diner style restaurant! Love the typical yellow and red colour scheme, and great concept with the "pick as many toppings for free" on your burger (although most are sauces or pretty similar).. Oh the varieties of "salt" for the fries is pretty crafty and fun too 🍟 <br/><br/>The veggie burger was quite pleasant, the side salad was very plain and covered in grated cheese (which doesn't help when you're intolerant - but the waiters were sweet to bring me a new one ☺️). I must actually mention that the waiters are awesome! Quick, warming and rather exceptional actually!<br/><br/>The pancakes at one of the other tables looked amazing with little espresso style glasses of syrups it looked like.

Literally never disappointing and I've been there enough times to know. 10/10 would definitely recommend. <br/><br/>Food is great and simple. Service is warm and friendly. Ambience is relaxed and home-y. <br/><br/>Perfect restaurant to make your go-to regular and anyone that says otherwise is wrong. <br/><br/>Menu items to try: Waffles, Flap Jacks, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Salads,  French toast (YUM), Onion rings... so basically everything, you get the idea. Just go eat here already!

Absolutely love Stacked! I work up the road and have made all of my colleagues try it (they love it)! Great service, great food. They've even delivered for me when I couldn't make it down. Convinced they will be hugely successful :) well done guys! See you soon ;)

Pathetic, ordered the Ultimate Stack Burger for R84, which according to the picture was supposed to be very big but when it eventually came it was smaller than a R25 Double Cheese Burger from McDonalds.

Cape Town has too many burger joints right now but Stacked is a welcome addition to the city's burger scene. An excellent example of a simple concept that's been executed well: Budget-friendly and delicious burgers and hot dogs -- and the service is great. More people should be supporting this new gem.
