Fabrizio and Erika are very friendly and warming, all dishes are very tasty. I had Carsolina for desert I recommend it! We will definitely be back next time we are in CT! Bravi muli!!!

Have had both their pizzas and pastas and can honestly say I felt like I was in Italy, eating at a proper local Italian joint.
Amazing, fresh ingredients, cooked well and you have a winning recipe.
Perfect dinner date restaurant. You'll definitely get lucky taking your significant other here on date-night. 😉
I love how this little unpretentious spot, secretly dwells in the heart of Gardens, feeding its locals the very best Italian. We got the calzone and mushroom and ham pizza. Their home-cured ham is so moreish and everything was piping hot out the oven! Love the homely atmosphere. Would visit every day if my belly could afford it.
My friends and I wanted to try something different last night, and after hearing the great hype over La Frasca, we decided to give it a go.
As soon as we walked in, I didn’t expect such a quaint, cozy establishment. Some would say it’s way too small, but I quite liked the intimate setting.
Privelage, our waitress, was friendly and attentive. She had the biggest smile on her face every time she came to our table, which already gave us a good feeling about this place.
I ordered the classic Margarita Pizza with added artichoke. The pizza exceeded my expectations and I was pleasantly surprised by the crisp crust, perfectly thin base, and high quality ingredients. I’ve had my fair share of pizzas and this was by far the best I’ve had so far.
I look forward to visiting La Frasca again.

Very charming little restaurant. Best pizza in Cape Town!! We always go here when we feel like a cosy atmosphere with good food and wine. Definitely recommend it!
One of my favorite restaurants in Cape Town. We save coming here for the most special occasions. They have a huge selection of incredible pizzas and pastas and a variety of amazing mains. I've tried several of the pizzas (including a calzone) as well as a pasta and everything was absolutely divine. I have never had a bad experience here; in fact, every time has been delightful. The red wine is also delicious and they have some nice craft beer options too. The ambience is intimate, cozy and personally I love the soft lighting although others have complained it's too dark. Good service and you can taste the care that's put into the preparation of the food. 10/10. Will recommend every single time.
I had a wonderful dining experience at La Frasca .A mouth watering vegetarian tasting menu was curated for me and my partner .You could taste the freshness and honesty in every ingredient which was all sourced locally.The ambience of the place is so warm and inviting, dipicting little Italy.Their risotto with porchini mushrooms has my heart and is worth a try .
La Frasca is a charming little restaurant with a lot of atmosphere. The interior is warm, welcoming and inviting. Be sure to book a table as it is a tiny restaurant and tables fill up quickly. My mom and I shared the aubergine ravioli and a pizza, both of which were delicious. The ravioli was different to anything I've ever tasted (and being of Italian descent I've eaten a lot of pasta in my lifetime!) - give it a try. Really original. The pizza was deliciously thin-based and very authentic. It reminded me a lot of the pizzas I've had in Italy. You can tell that they use a good quality mozzarella which is always encouraging. They also have a huge selection of pizzas so you are really spoiled for choice. Compared to other Italian restaurants, their prices are not bad at all. The only menu item we tried that was average was the tomato bruschetta. It was quite expensive for a very small portion and not particularly special or flavoursome. We will definitely be back for more.
We weren't very hungry so I ordered a calzone for two. That was the most delicious calzone either of us had ever had! The service is wonderful. It's a hidden gem

My favourite pizza establishment! Good authentic Italian pizza. It's on the pricey side, however the ingredients are of high quality. Everything is fresh, and they have the best chilli garnish I have ever had.
