Always enjoy breakfast at Knead when we go to Cape Town. Never had complaints. Great portions and great quality with the best service!

The place was packed, we had to wait for a table which means they are doing something good. Food was delicious, good vibes and i love their craft beers.. Im def going back

A nice spot for breakfast or brunch. A menu that has variety. I had a small plain hot chocolate and the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich with fries. The fries reminded me of McD's fries (skinny cut, crispy) and the bacon in the sandwich was a bit too salty but still good.

Their gluten free pizza is amazing. Margerita Delux , feta & spinach are my favorite. Staff are really sweet & friendly. I'm not a fan of restuarents which switches their waiters ( e.g for each introduction, ordering & bill are different waiters) as it gets confusing for the customers. I'm also not a fan of their Banting pizza base. Otherwise, it's a bakery that prepares delicious food.

Knead now in a new position in Wembley Square makes for a great breakfast spot. We did an early morning breakfast on the way to work and school and all thanks to being able to use the entertainer app at Knead which is such a bonus. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. Cappuccino and hot chocolate went down well too. Waitress was super friendly and helpful in our choices.

Knead is one of the nicest restaurants with the best white chocolate milkshakes. Their food is also very tasty. Definitely recommend giving it a try.

Healthy milk alternatives available! Healthy sweetener alternatives available! Matcha Latte and Turmeric Latte with Almond milk definite recommendations.

I also saw low-carb and Banting bread options on the menu. It is great to see an inclusive menu from a franchise specializing in mostly doughy things..

Service was amazing and the waiter was extremely friendly. He continuously checked up on me to make sure I was satisfied. While sitting outside you can enjoy the view of Cape Town's beautiful Table Mountain or simply do some people watching. Knead's atmosphere is warm and energetic, this may differ as on the Tuesday they had a quiz night. They also have an amazing menu filled with burgers, pizzas etc. Besides the service I also enjoyed being able to have free wifi of 250MB. I look forward to going there soon to try out their food menu.

Knead has really fast service, and a good range of items on the menu. They cater well to vegans. Their burgers are great! I recently tried one of those trendy gourmet lates - I think it was beetroot and ginger or something - with soy milk, and was presently surprised. A good spot for coffee and brekkie, or a quick yet wholesome and generous meal.

Knead always have delicious coffee, most probably my favourite! The open sandwiches are really good, and their breakfasts are great as well.

Would recommend sitting outside on the patio and watching the world go by on Kloof Street! ☕️

Delicious moist carrot cake and fresh orange juice what a combination.The peanut butter power smoothie fantastic a great taste experience.
The chocolate brownie...ooops a little on the dry side, other than that a good laid back atmosphere where relaxing and enjoying the experience comes first.
