It was a fun dinner with great live music by musicians who incorporate the crowd. The food was excellent, my first try of springbok, kudu, and ostrich. Both the pinotage and the gin cocktail were good.

The food was really good, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
We tasted fired worms, different types of meat, and side vegetables and we enjoyed all the plates!
The staff was kind and always happy to explain to us the food we were eating.
The live music band was awesome, we sang and danced... No better way to start our last night in Cape Town!
Whilst clearly a tourist trap in terms of pricing and atmosphere, I’d definitely recommend Marco’s. The portions were huge, the live band with dancing made the entire night fun and the traditional African beer was tasty and very different. Overall, I’d recommend this place as a tourist, you won’t regret it!
