Took my family for lunch- the waiter Bayethes service was excellent. The managers are very attentive and friendly. The speed of service, the friendliness, everything was perfect one of the best Spur experiences I have ever had.

I had 2 bad experiences during a breakfast service and decided not to return, I brought it to managers attention (Focus) and he tried to rectify the situation and pleaded to give them another chance. About a month later I decided to see if things changed and returned with my family, before I could walk in Focus noticed me and took us straight to a table where he personally took our orders and assigned us an amazing well composed and well mannered waitress name Tinique. The order was correct, the food was amazing and came out hot which is what we were normally used to. I noticed that Focus was between tables and the kitchen ensuring that the dishes that came out had met the Spur standard. I appreciated the fact that he remembered my previous experience and took it upon himself to ensure that the night was nothing short of amazing. Such managerial skills are rare to find, he could have simply came to us to check if things were ok and let the waiter do the rest of the job, however he went above my expectations in taking charge of the situation and played multiple roles to keep us happy. I commend him on that and because of that effort that he put in , we will return. I trust that the owner of the establishment recognizes such talent and effort put in by SOME of their staff members. Focus is a manager that should be an example to the others in how to handle situations instead of the universal answer "I'm sorry about that".
