For a chain store franchise I am very impressed, I have eaten here twice for lunch & both times I had a pasta and both times I was very impressed! Service good venue nice and clean.

First of all, the service recieved was impeccable. Management made a stop by our table and orders were delivered swiftly. The pizza's were well made and had a lingering taste effect.

Had a great meal of pizza, pasta and chicken wings!! Had the penne chorizo Daniele - first time a pasta looks and tastes as good as the picture on the menu. Service is fast, friendly and helpful. Will bring the mother inlaw here again! Thanks Panarottis for a fab meal!

Vegan pizza!! Substitute mince, chicken and cheese for plant based alternatives. Guilt free eating. Service was excellent, thank you T.K and Sebo. Panarottis also paired up with Mr Delivery, making Vegan take aways more accessable on the East Rand. Well done to Panarottis for being one of the first francishes to acknowledge the growing demand for plant based alternatives.

Should have 10 stars. Aletta the waitress treated us like kings and queens. Keep up the good work. I can recommend the Chicken livers. I will sell my front teeth for that dish.

Always get the best service here. Keep up the good work waiters and waitresses. As for the chefs, I am speechless. They make me want to have seconds, but I'm too full.

Ordered 2 large pizzas and a beef lasagna all with extra cheese for takeout.Pizzas were not presentable, burnt, cut unevenly and overall terrible. Lasagna was salty and also terrible as if that was not all the extra cheese that was ordered surprise surprise it wasn't added. Mxm what a waste if my money never again will I order food from Panarottis I am so disappointed I expected better!!! Update: After the review from myself I received a call from the manager of Panarottis Elvis and he apologized for the bad food i reviewed and offered to redo my order and give me some vouchers. I must say when I went there again the food and service was quite exquisite and I am happy with the service received from the waitron stuff. Thank you guys for making this a great dining experience . I am happy now

It was a quiet night, waiter was friendly and went out her way to entertain our little girl. Had the chicken milano fettuccine and it was delicious. Spouse had the salmon pizza and was also great. Good experience last night. Definitely reccomended.

Amazing pizzas as always 😋😋 However, if one is buying takeaway pizza, you now need to ask for the small packets of mozzarella cheese, jalapeño and/or garlic. Should you not ask, you won't get anything at all.

Really good experience, friendly staff who made extra effort with the kids. Food was good. Missing the Santé Fe on the Menu. Foster was an excellent waiter. Best we had in ages.
