When we arrived it was 20h15 first they waiter told us they are closing.We then told him google says your closing time is 23h00.Despite that the Chef said please come in we will serve you.We had the best food ever.This is really the best experience we had.

Not the best looking place but food was good and very friendly staff and good service. You can also buy some fresh seafood there at the deli at reasonable prices

Just the most delicious food! Don't bother going elsewhere for fish! Most places are over priced or under deliver. Although the theme is rustic, it is a truely an experience! Loved the food, the hospitality and the authentic vibe. Dankie Riaan 👍

This use to be a lovely fish place years back. I haven't been here in a while as they had opened another branch closer to my house which I've been going to. Their grilled fish was divine.

I've ordered from here a few times. Mostly take away and I've never had any problems with their food. The service is fast and tastes quite nice.

Amazing little fish restaurant!! Amazing value for money. Thier London style fish and chips is some of the best I have had in South Africa. Super fresh. I would like them to offer calamari tubes instead of rings though. A must for a Sunday lunch or Friday dinner.

First off, it's called Blue Marlin and not *Blue Marine (*glad to see it's corrected) .We booked a table for new year's eve 2014 because my family only ever goes there for new year's and we always have a blast - good food and live music from guitarist and singer Colin. But hubby and I were a bit disappointed when we saw that the 'live music' was just some dude with a few backtracks and a mic singing 'Kaptein span die seile'. However, the food was delicious and any place selling fresh oysters is already in my good books. But the vibe just wasn't the same and we missed Colin. We were out long before 00:00 and not sure that we'll be returning soon, except maybe for some oysters and cocktails.

Ok it's a bit rough and ready, bit of a beer Hall meets restaurant type decor but the food is surprisingly good and excellent value. Also nice to have a bit of live entertainment. The waiter was an absolute scream.

The prawn curry at Blue Marlin is absolutely superb. They have very friendly and thoughtful waiters as well.

Always good at Blue Marlin. Outstanding quality seafood, and the other dishes, Oxtail, Lamb Shanks also good. I haven't had a bad meal at this restaurant. The prices are good and the waiters very friendly and efficient.

Wow! What a surprise. Apart from the warm atmosphere when we walked in there, the music was the best I've heard in a long time. I ordered the jumbo fish. This was actually the best I've eaten in a long time. Wife had the carpetbagger (got to get glasses next time) meat - soft, juicy. Definitely going back on a Friday night again.
