What a gem of a place our waitress was on the ball, food was next level and the owner Matt made time to chat to every table. Great vibe and a whole lot of style from over sized wine glasses to mini pallets for place mats n coasters its been thought out and it works well. At first i wasn't a fan of smaller portion fancy food but i was a chef and i had to try it and i was very impressed and i can out eat most. The food was just the right amount and no plate fillers like rice or chips it was all good healthy food, what i also loved was the fact that each dish consisted of more than five flavours each one Complementing the next it was without a doubt a brilliant experience and id recommend it to any one wanting to try something different and fresh.
Also they have a cold coffee drink that makes red bull look like Oros....

…We come here to celebrate our 48th anniversary and to experience what they call “impeccable service” first hand and also for the gastronomical sensational foods served here in a very unique way. The menu-card is intriguing: - Tasting Menu @ R655, half-glass wine pairing @ R385, full-glass @ R550. Ostrich Canapé @ R55 (optional) AMUSE BOUCHE, Starters you get to choose 2 from 7 choices, PALATE CLEANSER, Mains choose 1 of 4 choices, ELECTRIC DAISY @ R70 (optional), Desserts choose 1 of 3 choices. We started our celebration with a bottle of “KRONA” MCC Rose’ which is always tantalising to the palate. We ordered the unique Ostrich Canapé, a very sensational taste-ii treat. And there after the fascinating experience of the rest of the meal-deal. The Amuse Bouche was an experience on its own. And to cut a long story short the rest of our meal choices were fabulous and fascinating-lii presented and each component was explained to us in detail by “SAEEDAH” who was on top of her game for she whipped up our anxiety to indulge in what was before us and true-lii each drop of paste on our plates had its own unique flavours! It was an experience of a different kind….Mmmmmmm-h 😋 The Palate Cleanser was a Lime/mint with strawberry caviar! The Electric Daisy was an absolute electrical sensational experience…we recommend this establishment to all to come and make a first hand experience of impeccable service and amazing food juggling….
Exceptional service. The food was great and it came fast. I had an amazing dinner with a friend & we really loved it. Food portions could be better tho, but I guess it’s fine dining and they are perfectly curated to make you ok at the end of the evening. We were not rushed even though it was quite late. A very memorable experience. 🙂

We had a fantastic 6 to 7 course dinner with exceptional wine pairing. The service staff was very nice and always on point. The individual courses were very thought through and extraordinarily served, which made the whole dinner a tasteful journey. Would definitely recommend going there.
What an absolute "WoW". Great atmosphere, GREAT Food and Table Mountain as a view --- What more do you need. The Staff are professional, but not "stiff". Even the Chef makes time to chat. This is a definite must to go dine at !!! Worth every "penny"... Well done !!!
Call me unrefined. Homespun is one of those places where you eat art off the canvas. Everything was so carefully placed on the plate with dollops of colorful creams dotted across and sprigs of herbs and flowers sprinkled. While I don't quite remember the names of the dishes I had, since they all had long names with long descriptions of what I actually ate, I can say that this was definitely a multisensory experience that made it a truly memorable meal. Most of the food was delicious, with some being on the saltier side. The waitress also kept trying to upsell us additional drinks and food, which we didn't need but she kept offering. Parking was easy since there was a parking lot right outside.
This is an incredible culinary experience. It is always an extreme treat to be delighted by these expertly crafted dishes. This is a must visit establishment that is most highly recommended.

What a wonderful gastronomic experience.
From the moment we entered restuarant we were taken care of by a bubbly server. Great sense of humour and very attentive.
The food was really tasty and unique. The different ingredients were so well integrated with other ingredients.
Our first experience, and will definitely return.

Staff went above and beyond to make sure we had no issues with one food intolerance at the table. Recommendations for wine and cocktails were all excellent too.
We visited Homespun for my mother's birthday and it was PERFECT!
The service was great, very professional and fast. The vibe is very intimate and this is perfect for special events and date nights.
But the highlight is the food! I have never tasted anything like it! The flavors was explosive and perfectly blended!
I can't wait to go back and try the meals that I did not choose!
All and all a PERFECT and memorable experience!
