By far my favorite place in Bloem. Great atmosphere, self sustainable and they play music that is good for the soul! Their juices keep you healthy through the winter and they create the perfect space to get creative.

Excellent food (shakshuka - hope that's right)! Friendliest service! Coffee to die for! And what great value for money!! Definitely a hidden gem! Only drawback was the slight difficulty in finding the place.

I went to coffee talks cafe the other day and I just truly admit, it should be one of the main attractions of Bloem ! It's a beautiful getaway, in the hills of the city where you can enjoy lovely scenery and aesthetic while having a nice cup of the house-brand Steeped tea with a slice of cake , all while overlooking their waterfall and ducks . The architecture makes you feel like you're in Mykonos or Kibbutz, really a sight to behold . Did I even mention that it is the answer to every tea and meditation lover's prayers ? I mean the owner Wickus brews tea like an Apothecary, it almost feels like something from a Paulo Coelho novel !

We stopped in Bloem on a road trip and decided to Google a place to have our brunch stop instead of just stopping on the N1. We had a lovely experience! Sunday buffet breakfast, wonderful environment, and really engaging management. The food is fantastic and full of flavour - loads for vegetarians to eat too! Beautiful garden, with ducks and donkeys walking around, which add to the authentic and wholesome atmosphere. Definitely worth a short detour through town to visit ✨️

This is definitely one of my personal hidden gems. The people there treat you like family, they talk with you and share many jokes and laughs. The food really is made with love and this place will always have a special place in my heart. It feels like a Sunday supper at your Grandma’s home.

Great place with wide open, relaxing scenery and atmosphere. I had the pleasure of enjoying brunch and even met the owner who is super friendly and attentive. The food is great and very unique, excellent coffee choices. The place is also dog friendly with animals such as ducks roaming around the landscape. Coffee Talks is a great destination for families and dates or if you just want to relax in nature and calm surroundings. Five stars. I will definitely be going back!

Delicious shawarma! Great tahini and vegetable blend made it a next level sandwich. Fresh made juice and coffee was excellent as well. A nice selection of indoor and outdoor seating in the garden.

Such a tranquil, cosy place to sit and work if you work remotely. Service and food is great. Roaring fire against the winter cold is an added bonus.

Beautiful old farm house with rustic garden setting. Outstanding food: fresh veggie salad, homemade butter and bread, shakshuka, delicious humus etc etc Best coffee roasters and huge selection of organic teas! Absolutely superb!!

Found by accident and I would say is the best accidental place I've come across. It's a hidden gem of a place and can only be found by recommendation. Buffets are served on Sundays for breakfast and lunch. Owner and their staff are the most friendliest folks running the place. Highly recommended to come with friends and family for a lovely time to eat, bond and for the children to run around barefoot.

Lovely, serene calm atmosphere. Beautiful scenery and great food! If you are looking for a place to relax, it's just a short drive outside the city and you won't regret it. Had a lovely morning watching mother ducks walking around with their chicks.

Best falafel you'll find (for sale) in Bloemfontein! Also, it has a quiet secrecy about the atmosphere that really seem to lighten any worries you might arrive with.
