Love Zack’s. Their food is amazing and the atmosphere is great. There’s indoor and outdoor seating which is perfect. The staff is very friendly. The food takes a while but that’s only because it’s freshly made. Absolutely love their pizzas, if you’re seated outside you can watch the staff put your pizza into the oven that’s outdoors. Really divine pizzas. I ordered the Regina pizza and it was so well worth it.
On the weekdays Zack’s is a great chill out spot be it just going to relax for breakfast or lunch and the weekends the vibe is more nightlife with karaoke and party goers.
I had so much fun with my friend here. There was this one waitress whos from Zim she was so friendly and fun. I loved her she was so so nice. The drinks were epics, shooters were out of this world. I loved the pizza. Didn't like the schnitzel though it was pretty bland. Nonetheless i had a great time♡
Excellent service and friendly staff, chef did an excellent job with the fettuccini. Love that they use zapper as a payment option as well 👌🏻
Great vibe. Great drinks. Great food. Lovely view of the durban harbor and the management is good! Had a jalapeño steak, calamari and deep fried ice cream which is a must! The waitrons are humorous and so polite.
We had such a nice time lastnight with the live music on Sunday. Let's not forget the Jazz TOPS I GUYS...

Visited with friends for a catch up and light lunch. (Party of 7) - Warm reception. Great service. Great music. Conscientious CV-19 protocols. I held back a star because even though we sat outside, a nearby table with two cigarette smoking patrons filled the air with smoke that killed the ambience for me... Otherwise, an overall good experience made possible by the always friendly servers.
Lovely venue, clean and welcoming. Was disappointed with the coffee, was far too strong and I love strong coffee but it was a bit much. Had Eggs Benedict on a muffin which was very small although very tasty and sauce was perfect. ❤
Awesome experience! Service was great and quality of meals were to a high standard. I didn’t enjoy the slight hint of cigarette fumes in the air which entered from the outside through the open doors however I tried not to let it interfere with the amazing experience. Highly recommend this restaurant
Lovely relaxed atmosphere on a Saturday night. Food arrived quickly and the waitress was friendly. The pizza was tasty with fresh ingredients but the base was too thin for my liking, so I found the crusts somewhat hard and dry. If you're a fan of a thin base, you will enjoy Zack's pizza. The medium-well steak we ordered arrived well done so was also a bit too dry. The chips were nicely spiced and not too oily.

Lovely! Waitress was friendly and engaging and even the other staff were welcoming and charming. Their frozen margaritas were one of the best I've tasted and their sex-on-the-beach uses delicious pulpy orange juice! The snack basket was generous and each item was very tasty
Good good good music and good atmosphere. Staff are welcoming managers Pierre and Fran are excellent staff especially Loraine is a remarkable person and very friendly. Service is excellent. Visit them on a Sunday from 5pm till 10pm chill down jazz Sundays every Sunday.
My Husband and I always go to Zack's Restaurant, when we need to shop at Windermere Centre.
We really enjoy their coffee, and their toasted sandwiches.
Their Menu is also really good.
The Managers, and their staff are excellent, and very accommodating, and go the extra
mile, to make you happy and comfortable.
I most definitely recommend this Restaurant.
It has a lovely atmosphere, and has inside, and outside seating.
