2018/06/03 - Nice fresh breakfast, good hot coffee and great service. The great thing at Jerry’s is that you can design your own breakfast - so you can have as much or as little as you want. We had a late breakfast and others were ordering early lunch - their food looked so good, I need to go back and try the rest of the menu!
Jerry goes out of his way to please his customers, the food is always great, one of my favorites is the signature wrap which is a deep fried chicken and haloumi wrap. His breakfasts are also great and coffee is superb 👌

Just of the main road near Rynfield. Reasonably priced. Good verity on the menu. The burgers 🍔 looked the best and the friend who had them said it was very good. Want to go back to try the burger
Amazing service amazing prices. Great food. Unlike the last review on the Bestro which charge R85 for portion of salmon trout. Jerry's charge R25 for portion of Salmon. Great place keep it up guys.

We went for lunch. I have been to Jerry's before. The food on both of occasions was really good. The presentation is lovely. Fried wraps are definitely worth a try. We had a lovely waitress called Mercy. So friendly and always nearby. We'll be going back for sure.
Been in and around Benoni On Saturday's lately, so we thought we'd try Jerry's for a late breakfast. Certainly glad we did, we both had Eggs Florantine 'cept I needed a porkie fix, adding A sausage & Bacon.
We both agreed to come back, The poached eggs where just right and runny, the cheese & spinach sauce was delicious 😋
To top it all excellent service and the nicest Americano in a long time.
If you have kiddies it's got a play ground to keep them happy.

Simple food items on the previous menu, they seemed to have added quite a variety now. Open fresh atmosphere. Nice outside area for the kids to play and neat bathrooms. Waiters seems rather nervous when taking or delivering orders. Glad to hear Jerry is back in this restaurant.
Updated review* 1 Aug 2015. Still a nice place for breakfast and busy too. They have changed the menu and alot more exciting options to try including banting friendly. Jerry is still as friendly and hands on and ever and you can see he loves what he does. Waiters were friendly and on the go in the cold.
Had the salmon breakfast and mom the famous chicken and avo sarmi. I tried the honey nut latte today which was really nice.
They also do platters which looked damn tempting if you need for a function. He opened them so i could take a pic. :-)
*updated review 2 July 2016* Still a favourite for breakfast/food. I love that Jerry changes with the times and again has amazed me with his menu additions. Always hands on and his staff are not as nervous as the first time years ago. This time I had the fried wrap -cajun chicken and bacon with chips and mom had the burger. Both tasty fresh and delicious. My wrap wasn't as strong as I expected but found my jalapeños at the bottom nonetheless it was good. My hot chocolate was made just right and mom's mega cappuccino was hot and warmed us up.
Went there for some breakfast, ended up having some lunch instead. Breakfast menu was not so interesting.
Their milkshake was very nice, I like the kids outdoor area and the food was just okay, nothing special about it I am afraid.
Service and hospitality was amazing.

Lovely place for a good healthy, fair priced meal with friends and family. My first time and I was suitably impressed. Great ambience, lovely interior and delicious food well presented. Waiters /waitresses very attentive and friendly. A great recommend.
It was very quiet, service was quick, food was tasty. No complaints on venue. However just as I was leaving a beggar came and hassled me to buy paper bookmarks. I don't appreciate being in a private place and then being bothered. This should not be allowed in the restaurant.
Lovely food, friendly staff, relaxed vibe
I go here often with my wife and kids because the food is always on point. They have a few Banting menu items and will change any meal to your specific tastes. The staff are sharp and friendly and they have never messed up my large orders. The owner or manager is always there and is friendly and willing to do anything it takes to make his patrons happy. They now have superb cakes too and some delicious fruity water. They have a huge playground for kids and an outside smoking section so they cater for everyone. I think I'm going to go there now ... :)

Would of been a 5 star, but the service! Oh my goodness! BUT I CANNOT LIE this R35 special for a breakfast with a coffee. Holy wow! Damm that is good coffee. So worth it when you pay R33 or more for decent coffee nowadays.great deal! Just try get that service up to scratch guys! You can do it

What a great experience. Kids had a great time in the kiddies plat area, which was nice and clean. The service was great, and we've never had a problem with anything on the menu. Keep up the good work guys !
