Friendly staff and warm atmosphere, this coffee shop is great for hanging out and a nice place to take a break from shopping. Staffs were friendly and place was neat and tidy. Soy milk substitution is free and there was free 5G WiFi. Only issue was that the machines were a bit loud.
My favorite coffee shop to get a Cafe Mocha, they just make them the best! The staff are always friendly and the coffee and atmosphere is always warm and welcoming.
Great place. Nice for a quick stop or just when ur craving some nice coffee. No waiters, you'll have to order at counter and then pick up ur drink or food. But the its still amazing. I just think that they could give more attention to the decor. But overall ,great place.

You can never go wrong with a cuppacino. But if you need a pick me up then a butterscotch latte is to go to option! The staff is also super friendly and their reward system is the best!

I love this place, but today was a huge irritation. 🤨 I came here to take a break, relax and enjoy a beautiful cappuccino, however, the three ladies behind the counter was so incredibly loud that it was impossible to enjoy anything, no idea what went on, but it sounded like an argument or maybe it was just a conversation at the peak of their voices. As a regular customer I find this very irritating and unpleasant.

Probably the best coffee you are going to get in the Tygervalley Shopping Centre (ps Willowbridge has much better options). The quality is consistent and the staff are nice. The shop moved from Exclusive Books to a bigger retail space on the second level. The setting, like all the coffee shops in this mall, lacks a certain ambience though. I will drink coffee here if I happen to be in the mall but this is not the kind of place where one would want to spend hours and hours relaxing, reading the paper and people-watching.
12/10 service from the staff and delicious quality food. Would recommend anyone to come by more than once.
