I received a call from Chris at Reno Spur and we met and chatted about my bad experience. I have to be honest he went out of his way to rectify the situation and I had my normal meal and it was awesome. It was hot tasty and fresh. Also had a brilliant waiter Liam who was trained by Chris himself. I will certainly go back

We always like this spur for family get-togethers, service efficient and friendly, food average, although the starter prawns was a nice addition to the menu, chicken wings always winner, good for the kiddies to hang out and play... Maybe fresh chips, was a bit oily understand they under new management, will be back soon with the family...

When all else fails, Reno Spur won't. Service here is always good, and management takes action immediately on the rare occasion that it's not. Everyone has their favourite spur dish, so it's not overly exciting. But Monday has been cemented as Spur day :)
