Everything was amazing. The service, food, ambience as well as the location. I definitely recommend a visit.
I have been to this Cattle Baron a few times now, and each time, I have always enjoyed the experience. It is an incredibly well laid out restaurant, great ambience, and can be visited for a night out, brunch, lunch or whatever you want. As with everything, it can be pricey, but the service has been really good, and my girlfriend and I have been blessed with great weather for each occasion we have been at the restaurant. The food quality is very good, well prepared, and flavourful. The ribs we had (as per images) was cooked perfectly and with enough flavour, but I did find it was less meat on the bone that previous, so the grade for it was less.
Other than that, I love the overall experience, and would definitely recommend it, even for those winter date nights, as they keep the place nice and comfortably toasty.
Went for birthday steak with wife. Great restaurant, excellent views and knowledgeable waiters. Steak was prepared as requested.
We arrived at 12 midday as walk ins .. colleagues taking our Manager out for lunch . The atmosphere was very conducive staff friendly and eager to assist.. quickly made space for 15 guests with no delay.. The waitress who served us was brilliant, patient,very friendly.. think her name is Varleen.. she has been professionally assisting everyone with their orders and variations, a smile on her face will be echoed by all. FOOD O' GLORIOUS FOOD.... mhmm all meals were delicious.. we really enjoyed it. Thanks Varleen will come again.

The best steak in town! Lovely service. Fantastic that they don’t charge corkage. Highly recommended.
Food was excellent. Very nice restaurant and they are quite busy. Service was good. Have a variety of foods for all taste buds. Pricing is also around average to higher range. They have corkage, 1st bottle is free and then you pay R60, R120, etc for every bottle thereafter. They work through load shedding. Parking is a bit of a problem though.
It was my first visit to the restaurant.
I must say that it's a very classy restaurant - the service we got was exceptionally good.
The meal was very well prepared and was delicious.
I can without any doubt recommend this restaurant.

Great place for fine dining and anything else, great stuff too especially Thelma, her service was the best, very friendly and jolly id love to be served by her always. It was a busy day but i never felt the wait. Food came right on time, i had the best pork belly ever.Thank you cattle baron for a great day, i definitely recommend to everyone❤️❤️. Delicious food and amazing service. The place was packed and we went without a booking but still got a table in a few minutes and the service was great start to finish.
The date nights specials sound good. Will definitely be back.
