This is a modern, clean gym with friendly staff. Only a steam room, no sauna since it is a bit smaller. Brand new treadmills and bicycles, nice floor area and some weights. Although it is a smallish gym it has everything you need. Beautiful pool where you can watch a great sunset...for real!!!

My favorite place in the entire world, they offer a great fitness program. My best days are Monday's 5:30 p.m group session (grid), Tuesday's 6:30 p.m another group session (shape) Thursday's 5:30 very intense group session (grid) gosh your legs with thank you for this and the 90 mins session on Saturday at 7:a.m-8:30 a.m which is not to be missed.
There is also Kauai inside that provides great healthy meals and smoothies that meet each individual need.

Ooh...lovely place to gym. I recently registered with them. Spacious, with right equipments. The staffs are always ready to help. No judgemental even if you can't handle the equipments, they will help.
Also, they have different group classes which will always keep you motivated and looking forward to coming.

I have been going to this Gym for a year now and I am very happy with everything on offer.
The gym is always clean and presentable. I never have to wait for equipment no matter what time I go. However the treadmills are always full. It doesn't bother me because I don't run much at all.
Speaking of the equipment, it is very modern and always works 100%. The machines are clearly labeled with instructions and in variety of languages. There is an online booking system to allow you to book classes such as spinning and yoga which happen a various times during the day and week.
Overall it is always a good experience at this gym.

Staff members have good communication skills always eager to assist and very welcoming. They even greet with my name😊
Their class instructors to be specific Buntu, Swazi and Zake are the best best best.
Swazi was once my personal trainer, she pushed me to my limits and training with her was really therapeutic ❤️
